This site does not have its stuff together. They cannot broadcast their games on time. Until then you cannot watch your team play. Clicking watch live brings you to a splash page or standings or games already played.

So you sit there and constantly clicking on the play live buttons every couple of minutes until they finally decide to join the game already in progress.

The navigation on this site is horrendous.

Today, they were 45 minutes late in joining the first game of a volleyball game. The game was almost over by then. We watched a few points scored until one team stated celebrating, We had to assume they won.

There was NO score, so we could not tell who was playing or what the score was. In volleyball, that's a big thing. Watching a game with the score 24-15 is a lot less exciting than one with a 25-25 tie

It was like this for all three games, today.

Baller blamed a third party who was to provide the score. I didn't hire the third party; they did. So it is their failure no matter how much finger pointing they do.

I'll be asking for my $75 back. Of the 9 games We should have watched this weekend. We got to see about 4 and a half joining most of them already in progress.

$48 dollars to watch your kids play sports.
Baller TV is a joke. These are KIDS. Someone always has to think about making a profit off anything and everything. Its a damn shame.

If I could rate this a 0 stars I would. Lousy streaming service and worse customer service. I wish I had never signed up for this scamming company

I have had two kids play club volleyball and baller is the absolute worst. I’d say at least 50% of the games are unwatchable. Which is not a lot of coverage given the cost. A prime example the last tournament the equipment wasn’t even set up. Just piled in the corner. Customer service is useless, lies or misleads and says they’ll look into and nothing happens. And the will not refund you when their equipment or feed fails. Like why am I paying when you haven’t even set up the equipment. Let alone when an entire game is just a buffering screen. Terrible avoid if you can or make your peace with wasting a lot of money for little (useless) service.

Impossible to get out if to see the game you already paid for. They also say they will send you a notification when it’s time for your team to play. nope doesn’t happen. Beware. It’s awful

GOD AWFUL!!! Do not waste your money. You’ll spend half the game waiting for them to turn the camera on and then the rest of the game watching the sideline. I can’t even believe this is a thing!!! And anyone who uses them is just as bad as- wanna have a tournament? Spend the damn money and get actual livestreams. Not this shit.

Baller TV. You need to change your customer service. You want to always win. When you do not provide service or good service, you cannot fight customers or force them to accept a credit. If I'm not happy with a business or the experience, why would I want credit from you. If customers see that you are fair, you would increase your business. Thank about that.

Scam. Reporting the BBB. Stay away!

This is horrible for boys volleyball as they do not attend very many tournaments, so it is relatively useless. I literally used the service one time. I signed up for an event, ended up paying for 3 years as I missed the charge last year, this year I was charged 12/17 and saw on statement 1/5 and cancelled. They refused to refund. In the end they know they are screwing people and they do not care anything about customer service.

Very poor customer service and shady business practices. Buyer beware.

My grandson is playing in the Smoky Mountain Winter Classic Basketball Tournament this weekend. My husband and I purchased a ticket for Dec 30, 2025 at 2:30 game thinking we would be able to watch the event. First of all, the camera did not move back and forth across the court as much as it should have, especially the first half of the game. The camera was stuck on our defensive side. How nice it would have been to see our kids make a basket. Also, the score was never displayed or entered on the website as the game was played. It is an hour after the game and we still do not know who won or lost. I am very disappointed and feel it was a waste of money to purchase a $39 ticket.

On 12/12/25 I purchased an Event package for $39.99+tax to watch the 5 Star National Football Championship (2025) in Stockbridge, GA that consisted of 3 games ending on 12/14/25. The Atlanta Crimson Tide (13U) games I attempted to watch were a totally frustrating experience. Each and every game was a one camera setup on the sideline at mid-field. The camera was not operated by a person but was 'motion' activated. In each game the camera followed the sideline motion a very large percentage of the time and you could see very little or none of the actual plays and players on the field. Also, when the camera was showing some of the players, it was totally unable to 'follow' the play motion up and down the field. (If the players & coaches were moving and cheering on the sideline during a play or between plays, that is what the camera detected and showed.) When we could see some players, the camera's focus was always such that the 'depth-of-field' showed the sidelines in relatively good focus but the more distant players on the field were generally very out-of-focus and overexposed, as was the scoreboard, etc. There was little or no 'zoom' function, as would typically be expected, to provide closer up views of plays, etc. This was truly an unbelievable and irritating experience (as a former professional photographer) and I do not consider it even close to a worthwhile quality product 'as advertised'. BUYER BEWARE!

I paid 40.00 to watch 2 games. The first one was HORRIBLE videoing, we couldn't even find our own grandchild it was so far away. Then in double overtime, they turned the camera to the wrong end of the field and we missed the winning touchdown. Today's game NEVER even came on. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY. THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!

Watching live is terrible . No score . Buffering all the time . Was 1-1, and streaming ended . Joke

Signed up for the service. Had to pay for a 3 months subscription just to watch one game. Stream didn't work. Jazmine at customer service said they were having "technical issues". Cancelled the service. Missed the game

Baller Tv is a scam! I purchased the gold plan this summer, $250 and it didn’t work half the time.Forget customer service, when you call it’ll will say sorry no service agents available at this time then hang up on you, they’ll ignore your emails and force you use their live chat which is useless and will have you going crazy trying to talk to AI. And now I’m trying to watch my step daughter’s game and they want another $45 to have access to fall tournaments. Absolute worst experience and waste of money ever!

Streaming quality is terrible. I complained about the streaming and was told after 3 weeks all games would be clear, and fully uploaded. Don't believe a word they say, your welcome for saving you money. After a month I can only see half of a game that my son played in. He played in 3 games. This same thing happened back in 2021 also. They only refund you half the amount you paid for nothing. Total scam.

I paid for an athlete reel, and it showed two mistakes! And even a replay. I complained to the customs and service department, and after understanding what happened, they said I would have to pay $5 to fill out a complaint form! Frustrating!

On July 30, 2025 at 2:10 PM, I was charged $255.26 for a subscription I had already canceled in 2024, after raising a service complaint. I attempted to resolve the issue of the new charges immediately via chat and was told I needed to speak with someone directly — but when I called at 3:27 PM, I was met with a recording stating that phone support ends at 3:00 PM.

Later that evening, I began receiving emails from different team members that continued past 10:00 PM — stating that I was not entitled to a refund because there was no record of my cancellation. That is because their system fails to generate a confirmation email upon cancellation, leaving customers with no way to prove they canceled unless they happened to take a screenshot.

This is a deceptive and unethical business model. I have since reviewed many similar complaints from other customers who were also charged after canceling and were only refunded after filing complaints with the BBB. I consider this experience disgraceful and predatory, and I am now pursuing resolution through formal complaint processes.

Got an Event pass for 70$ CDN to watch my nephew play….and it was not worth it at all. Most of his games were not streaming live as promised. The one game that was steaming live was a semi final game and it cut off with 8 min left. I went back later to try and watch the replay and it did not have the full game uploaded. One of the many bad experiences I have had with Baller Tv, and it was only for one event. I do not recommend at all!
