This is my 2nd horrible experience with Beauty Brands online and I’m now positive it will be my last after being a repeat customer of several years! I ordered a $18. product (and 1 more product) that I needed quickly. However when I received the product it was Broken! I reached out to the customer service phone number to be told they’d send me a shipping label to send it back Then they’d process my order again and send it out!!! Really!! Then when I complained the agent told me sorry that’s our policy and there’s nothing you can do about it!!! Really!! Over a $18 product I need Now!! Unbelievable that you’d treat your repeat customers that way!! I did get headquarters phone number & was told by the agent they’re just going to send you back to me!! Beauty Brands I’m very sure your company is feeling the pinch like Everyone right now in 2026 but if you want to stand out as a top notch company you need to get it together!! Not to mention you should be ashamed treating your customers that way!
