BnB are so great and so easy! Really quick communication, excellent service and very good prices. Really easy to use their website to book cleaning and can get last minute cleaning done as well. Definitely recommend as a cleaning service if you manage an Airbnb!

I’ve used the services of Better n Brighter Cleaning for Airbnb cleaning three times so far and I’ve been more than happy each time. We’ve been assigned a regular cleaner, which makes such a difference, as it provides confidence in knowing they are familiar with your place and any specific requirements. Our cleaner has been doing a brilliant job so far and meets all my expectations. We have also chosen the provision of linen and towels and other add ons and found that they are high quality materials which our guests have enjoyed. I especially love our cleaner’s elaborate formations he does with the towels! Communication via WhatsApp is very good. On the few occasions I’ve messaged them, they’ve been quick and thorough in their response and also send photos of the apartment once cleaning has been completed. Using the website to book the appointments is very straightforward. I would definitely recommend bnb cleaning and I intend to carry on using them in future.

Post clean pictures are sent via WhatsApp and I can see the cleaners are very well trained in Airbnb cleans and presentation of the flat. Ross has been fantastic and very responsive. Was after high quality cleaning for an Airbnb but the quality of clean was disappointing. Additionally I experienced bugs on the platform which prevented me from selected the linen items I needed and correctly totalling the quote. Intervention was needed from their team to rectify this. Friendly and helpful staff but some changes needed before I'd consider using them again, including quality assurances of clean and basic things like fixing their website.
