We order a summer bed which was good quality and value for money I am really impressed with my purchase
Also the delivery was very quick and a great delivery company

Everything right easy to buy, the right information and then spot on fast delivery.
The product itself is perfect just what I wanted.

Excellent delivery service, ordered last Thursday and received my lovely garden furniture the very next day, the quality of the furniture is great and I’m looking forward to enjoying the sunshine on my new garden furniture

Although a drawstring was not enclosed with my initial delivery, Zandra quickly resolved the issue and I received the drawstring within a couple of days

Absolutely awful experience with EVRE from start to finish.

I paid extra for premium Saturday delivery because I had guests coming for a BBQ gathering and needed the garden furniture in time for the weekend.

On Saturday, DPD falsely updated the tracking claiming “nobody was home.” This was completely untrue. My family and I were home all day, nobody knocked, no driver attended, and my Ring camera footage confirms no delivery attempt was ever made.

The “proof” uploaded to the tracking system was just a random photo of cement/flooring that had nothing to do with my property.

After contacting DPD, I was informed the parcel had not even left the depot.

What made the situation even worse was EVRE then assuring me that they had personally spoken with DPD and GUARANTEED delivery for Sunday morning. I stayed home waiting again, only to later discover from DPD that the depot is closed on Sundays and delivery was never even possible.

So I was repeatedly given false promises and misleading information.

When I called EVRE again trying to understand what was happening with my order, I was told there was “nobody in the office” and that they would not help me. This was after days of failed delivery attempts, misinformation, ignored emails, and wasted time waiting at home.

I was eventually informed that EVRE had instructed DPD to return the order back to their warehouse without properly communicating this to me, despite me repeatedly confirming that I still wanted the furniture delivered.

I am currently six months pregnant and the stress and anxiety caused by this entire situation was completely unnecessary and exhausting.

This was honestly one of the worst delivery and customer service experiences I have had with an online retailer.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering, especially if you are relying on guaranteed or premium delivery services.

I have replied about the chair we bought . It is not fit for purpose due to cheap inferior material after. 2 weeks occasional wear .i am currently waiting for a response from them . Arms have gone rough and bobbly
