Horrible place to play. I loaded 1,000's of dollars and never seem to win anything. I deactivated my account hoping one day a class action law suit happens. I feel scammed. I know a couple people still playing at this site who are losing so bad it's mind blowing. Worst site trust the star rating.

I’m beyond frustrated with Funzpoints. Tonight alone I loaded over $600 within less than two hours and not one real bonus hit. Dead spins back to back nonstop. They even credited me $30 at one point and it disappeared just as fast with absolutely nothing hitting afterward.

What’s strange to me is that just weeks ago I had substantial redemptions and cashed out thousands. Ever since then, it feels impossible to win anything at all — not even small bonuses. It’s been constant losses every single session and it honestly makes me question how fair the games really are.

People need to be careful and gamble responsibly because this has become a very expensive and disappointing experience for me. I truly feel like once you win big, the odds suddenly feel completely different.
If I could attach winnings I’ll show you how this goes. And when you do reviews on them it also makes your account a target. This has repeatedly happened to me so I do know this is intentional.

No loyalty to players: they offer five or ten dollars here and there, even when you’ve spent hundreds daily. If you don’t meet certain criteria, they claim you haven’t played enough to qualify for free play. Even at over 2,000 levels, it makes no sense; they should incentivize high-level players. Bonuses are extremely rare—seems like they let infrequent players occasionally win while regular players get nothing. I’m completely over this site.

When you first you can win good but as a long-term customer you can forget about winning,if you spend over $500 they might let you win up to $100but again that's after you spen ove r $500 they lost a five year customer for being greedy. First off every positive 5star review on here is a troll that works for scamzpoints.com. Started out great, but the longer you play and rise in the levels the payouts get smaller, the bonuses become less and less and even more less to nonexistent. They take your deposit from your account but reject it then hold it 2 to 5 days. If you express your dissatisfaction to their customer service then you will get your account deactivated and are made to apologize before they unlock your account, Then the game just starts spitting in your face as compared to when you first started with little payouts if any. RTP must mean nothing to them. And be sure not to call them our on what they are or how the game rips you off or you will get banned for life. Let me say that again. Of all of the online casinos I have played I have become loyal to this one. For one the playthrough is always 1x if there is any. Holidays have good bonuses. There are never any stipulations or strings attatched besides the 1x playthrough. I've been loyal to funzpoints for years now but enough is enough ! There is NO WAY they are using algorithms that are not manipulated ! Its not random and your account is factored in ! They used to seem fair but the last few years ! Im on funz 3 or more times a week for hours and hours at a time ..I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars I couldn't even begin to calculate my deposits and im no stranger to casinos and sweeps by no means and understand the loss ratio ....but come on funz ! its like donation drops now ...I've tried all denominations on every game they have at all times of day and night and over the last year they actually let me win twice !!! after about 211 days of play ...I won 2 days and not much ...its just the WORST odds I've ever seen ANYWHERE !!
