Ive been a very loyal customer with funzpoints, and for years they have been more than fair in giving me the benefit of the doubt when I make multiple deposits, and I cant even play for a short period of time. Recently, they have completely let me down!!!! In past experiences I reach out to them and they will help me. Ive reached out to them recently and not only have I just wasted hundreds of dollars, but they have refused to award any freeplay. In the past, they always took care of me.......im really disenchanted with Funzpoints and im super bummed their team has just decided to let their customers down!

I have been being charged a monthly fee on my Funzpoints Account, and when I brought this to their attention, and they did a review, they determined that the charges were legitimate, although they clearly state that it's a free game without monthly fees. The paperwork I submitted clearly showed that I was being charged, but they are refusing to return my money, and because of this reason, I would suggest using any other gambling site available because funzpoints will only steal your money and then tell you that you authorized it yourself through your account. I'm disgusted and discouraged and will never use them again!

I have been a loyal player for years and it seems like the more you play the more you lose. They let a lot of the new players win just to get them hooked and the old players get nothing. It used to be great now it's the worst , I have lost probably $9,000 or more this past 6 months and haven't gotten anything back. They don't seem to even care as much as I email and tell them I get no response back. It's went majorly downhill . Don't get suckered into it u will be sorry .

Some features like the super fun zone bonus I do miss. But they offer a much better perk now with their instance withdrawals that they now have .. 4 in a day !! So wow I been with funzpoints when I started actually putting time into these online social casinos. And the time spent was always fair and honest I can say.
Sure Daily bonus isn't a thing here.. but it makes more sense to enjoy a game with more than a dollar to play with like some daily bonus give. Plus it shows how much more original funzpoints can really be than these site with all the same games but different titles.
What a privilege everytime I hear their theme music before I play.

The games are very basic and you never really get a big hit on any of them . There's no promotions except on Sunday you get an extra $5 but never any deals for packages at all . They don't give you any free money only tickets and coins ,really not that fun at all

Why would anyone play here? All of the games are home made trash. No way to check the RTP or max win.

OK so, I'm a bit surprised by reading sone if the other reviews. And to be honest it did deter me originally from giving it a shot.. BUT IM HAPPY I DID. I havent hit huge, but I also dont bet huge. The games are all different from the other sites, which is refreshing. I have reached out to customer service a couple times and they were helpful and kind. The run social media contest, have raffles for free premium giveaways and do weekly account reviews for gifts and mystery bonuses. The have recently added the instant redemption option, which is actually instant unlike other sites that claim to be but are not. I'm happy I gave it a chance, and I can only see it getting better from here!

I played $160. on Fun premium , now I still have $79. there but it won't let me play or redeem it and I can't get help from customer service because for some reason my keyboard becomes unresponsive the moment I try to text. Any sugestiones?

The rtp on this site is extremely low. The customer service is horrible. They only reply late at night. And you'd be lucky to get one reply then have to wait hours for another.

Edit: This site violates sweepstake laws. If you have made purchases or done the AMOE got to the FTC site and report it under sweepstakes fraud.

When promoting, marketing, or informing users on no purchase necessary, the AMOE is left out. This is illegal.

The AMOE is limited. Only one post card(5sc) is credited every 5 business days. A person entering by making purchases, can purchase up to 28,800 and day. This violates sweepstake laws by making the odds of a person purchasing have higher chances of winning.

The site does not list the odds of winning on this site, that I could find, and customer service is slow at replying. I would think that individual games would have to show the odds, since I doubt they are all the same. With that being said the RTP on the standard mode is way higher than premium, yet the site advertises that it is the same.

The site also does weekly account reviews and rewards user sc depending on their losses. This is only for users who make purchases, therefore giving people who purchase more entries to the sweepstakes than people who do not, which violates sweepstake.

They suck real bad

This site is awful!!!!!!!! You will not be able to redeem after so many times of playing. It is soooo hard to win. Take it from me, I lost so much money playing this horrible game. Save your money its not worth it!

Site has went down hill. This year, Everytime I play I'll get a good 10 plus dead spins in a row. The payouts aren't high enough for that if. There's no free daily bonus. The mail ins, required for sweepstakes, only credit 5 every few days. This is against sweepstake laws. People who enter with AMOE, instead of paying should have the same chances. Yet there is no daily limit to purchases. If you are getting multiple dead spins and are on your phone, try either disconnecting to WiFi or connect to WiFi, it should change the speed of the game.

No SUPER funz bonus anymore, barely any free games, horrible payouts. I’m faithful to them with a level over 2000 and they do not take care of the loyal customers like they used to.

Terrible. I've won very small amounts very few times. This place will just steal your money so don't waste your time.
