Faultless from ordering to delivery. Clear communication and email updates throughout. Delivery was by Amazon so top notch. Socks are fantastic quality and better than the other brands out there. My son can’t wait to pick out his next 4 pairs. 5 stars all day long.

My order finally arrived and I’m happy with the quality of the grip socks. I ordered them at the beginning of December. The company said they had emailed me on 7th stating that I hadn’t given my house number. Although having checked my emails, I can’t see this email from them. However I’m happy this has now been resolved and I have the items

Ordered 2 pairs of long socks. 3 pairs of long socks delivered and one pair of short socks.

No reply to daily emails. Very poor customer service. Total silence.

On social media lots of people haven't received their order at all but these comments are deleted.

My 1st parcel wasn't delivered. I contacted yourselves and got sent a replacement very quick response great customer service

Sock look good quality, exactly what I wanted . They are a gift so can’t say if they are effective but look great . Really happy with quick service would order again.

Parcel delivered to an industrial unit on a Saturday afternoon. Needless to say it wasn’t there on Monday morning.
Not Gripix fault, but I’ve emailed 3 times and don’t even get a reply. Shocking, £34 in the bin and no socks for my lad (9 years old).
It’s now 12/01/2024 and still no reply from Gripix.

Item never arrived, took two weeks for them to reply to my original email asking where my order was and then despite claiming to start a lost parcel claim with Amazon delivery, I have had another two weeks of radio silence so I have had to go through a refund process through my bank instead.

Gripix football socks brought for Xmas present, not used yet but look great, well made and good value. Free ankle socks look good too. Easy to order and prompt delivery. Will use company again.

My grandsons swears wearing grip socks help him play better.
There was a mistake with the order but they rectified it straight away.
Bought the bundle and received a free pair if size 7-12.5 just a shame it wasn't a pair of the 2- 6.5 that I had bought.
But we know someone who can use them .

Whow what great customer service but first I had a great offer off 4 socks; they arrived within days; but unfortunately 2 socks were the wrong sort. I messaged Gripex and had a speedy reply and the correct 2 socks are on their way. Can't fault Gripex! Thanks again team
