We specifically liked the photographer we had for our PreK graduation pictures. Zoe was our photographer and she did such an amazing job! We had issues with our pictures in the fall but with this photographer, we had zero issues and she was so helpful, fast and friendly.
Schools should NOT use this ridiculous service
Ridiculous prices. The website is a convoluted mess. I guess user experience is hardly a concern. A lot of money is thrown into completely unnecessary advertising by mail!.. Of course, that later reflects on the price of the product. In a time when all photography is digital, they do not offer an affordable digital-only download for school photos. A paper copy shipped by mail is the only option - how does this make sense? This entire service smells like a scam, created to extract as much money out of parents as possible. It is obvious from the reviews everywhere that nobody is happy with this company and service. The question is why do schools subscribe for this??? Are schools paid?
Baseball team pictures
J. B Conant High school baseball team pictures was horrible quality. Very blurry crappy pictures. This is not the first time I ordered prints and I received crappy quality photos. For a company this big the pictures should be great quality not blurry unable to tell who is who on the picture. I guess they make so much money they don’t care anymore about their costumers. Very disappointing! Will never order again. My phone takes better photos. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

Customer service is always nice but can't always resolve issues
I have some kind of issue with Lifetouch every single school year. The customer representatives are always very nice, but not always helpful. This year, when I got retakes done for one of my children, an image was sent with a background that didn't match the rest of my kids' pictures. They were happy to fix it, but it's time consuming every time you have to interact with customer service, sharing the child's name, school name, school ID, picture ID. I have to share this info for multiple children since they don't link a family all together. This time around, the issue is that my kids' spring pictures wouldn't show in my Lifetouch account. I would load them onto my account, but every time I logged out, the images would disappear. I literally spent HOURS trying to get my kids' spring images to remain on my account. Every time I logged out, they would disappear. None of the representatives could figure out what the issue was. Each one walked me through the same steps, Clearing the cache and cookies. Using a different browser. Each one would try to tell me the pictures are on the account when they aren't on my end. One representative added the pictures to my account herself but they still weren't there when I logged in again. Another thing that's really frustrating is that you can't share attachments unless the customer service rep sends an attachment request. It's tedious having to ask to share an attachment every time, especially when the reps are telling me they see something on their end that I'm not seeing on mine and it's impossible to describe in writing in a chat. Why don't they enable the attachment feature indefinitely on each chat? I am a very busy mom and really didn't have hours to spend trying to get my kids' pictures on my account. For as much as they charge for pictures, I kind of think I should charge them for my time which is precious. I won't hold my breath trying to anticipate what it'll be next.

Got my daughter’s pictures done twice both times the photo’s came back looking a mess standing crooked, hair & clothes looking sloppy her hands were even up in one of the pictures they don’t fix the kids up before taking the pictures don’t waste your time or money

If I can give less than 1 star I would ….my child got pic taken in October I got her picture but not her class picture so I called they explained that the class photos are distributed after they do the re touch or re do photos so I ask how long would that take they told me late December or beginning of January … we are at the end of January so I called now they tell me before school ends … how unprofessional 😡😡😡
Unable to meet the most basic consumer demands
I graduated and my college hired this company to offer senior portraits. They took 8 pictures total. The packages are $300-$500, only if you pay $400+ will they send you the digital copy. Straight up robbery and when asked they said "they cannot" when instead they should say their corporate greed doesn't allow. Disgisting company taking advantage of American graduates at one of their most financially vulnerable points of their lives. I cannot wait for them to go under.

Paid money 2 years in row had to fight to get pics last year, it took till spring. now still waiting on pics from Sept. This year , same routine co. Says they didn't have an order so I call bank they fax cancelled check to school they promise pics. Be delivered by Christmas well Here we are jan. 2nd still no pics.NEVER EVER AGAIN. MY ADVICE DONT ORDER FROM THIS CO. EVER....

It would be great if the agents were actually able to communicate in English. I live in the United States. I would expect someone to communicate with me who could speak English. This is ridiculous the level of Customer Service. I’ve called three times and that one person can do what they have to do because the English is so broken. It’s sad and pathetic!!!
I ordered an ornament on November 13
I ordered an ornament on November 13, 2023. The order said, “allow 2 weeks for shipment.” The date the package was due to ship, customer service emailed me stating the order is delayed. I called & got no response. My response to their lack of response…..I filed a complaint with the BBB. Go figure, now LifeTouch wants to talk. Lifetouch called me apologizing for the delay. They stated many orders were currently held up over a nonpayment issue with the 3rd party they farm work to. They are actively working to resolve the issue and get orders dating back to November complete & mailed. She assured me shipment would take place within a week. I received a shipment email on “December 4th” at 3:15 pm. However, the tracking # sent led to a dead page. Long story shorter, I finally did receive my order. However, I will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH LIFETOUCH AGAIN!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!

We received an envelope for our preschool students stating that one proof sheet was included. The envelope had another student's picture in it, and not our student's picture. I went to the website under their support as recommended on the envelope, and was unable to get my question answered. I tried their online chat which referred me to their website. So I went a step further and contacted them by phone. After waiting around 5 minutes to finally speak to someone, I was referred to their website. I was told they cannot send the sheet out that should have arrived in the envelope, and that I would have to take care of it online. So I still have another student's photo, and not my own student's photo. They seem to care little for the fact that someone else did not get their photo, and I did not get mine. Terrible customer service for very expensive photos. I would give them a zero rating if I could. It surprises me they are able to stay in business.

Every single year, you have the same pictures. The same background. Just one shot of your child, and choice of the same backgrounds.
Why would you need 100 same pictures? To put one in the wallet? To send someone?

It can only work with Canadians, because they don't even know how in so called" poor countries " the photographer works. If they would do this garbage, they wouldn't have a job.

Pictures were ordered through the school and paid for by check same day. Only part of the packages I ordered and paid for was received. When I Contacted them in Sept 2023, they said they never got that amount, yet I have a copy of check front and back from bank that they cashed it. I asked to get what was not received and was told after talking with 3 different people on chat, they would be sent out soon. Here it is, November, still nothing, No refund of money I spent either. Their chat is a joke!! DO NOT EVER BUY PHOTOS FROM THEM.
mylifetouch sucks bad and upselling web site
mylifetouch trys as hard as possible to harvest unnecessary information from customers. Trys as hard as possible to upsell on orders. Does not order flexible services on what photos can be included or varied within their standard packages although it is transparently obvious that their computing system which will really be doing the automated photo printing could offer that enhancement at no extra (upsell) cost
The SW is very brittle for example entering St vs St. generates a blockage on further action on an order but does not diagnose things by saying even "make sure you exactly match every letter that is on the printed order form"

I would give it 0 stars if I could. They used to provide free class photos in the past and from this year they started charging $9.99 for a print and apparently there is some 'prepay' program where people can order before the picture day and will have 48 hours to order after the picture day where you wont be charged 'Shipping' fee! If you miss that deadline they charge you $5.99 for shipping! RIDICULOUS! a piece of paper to ship costs $5.99??? Charging for class photo is itself ridiculous and to top it they are charging shipping charges!!! When I contacted via their online chat system, their agent mentioned all these 'fine print' items and said they sent flyers to school to be circulated. I looked up the said flyer and no where does it mention about this ridiculous 'prepay' program. These people are cash grabbers and trying to cash on parents emotions by charging ridiculous pricing on the prints.
Bad pictures of usually happy baby
My one year old got pictures taken at her daycare. She is usually a very happy baby and they couldn't even get her to smile. Also the background was not exactly as advertised making it look dull. They cut out her ponytail and there website was not mobile friendly. Yuck not happy. Hopefully they use a different provider next year
