Very disappointed in the outcome of the Fall photo and the Spring photo, which captured the same fake smile or more like a scared expression. You would think a professional photographer would know how... Mehr ansehen

Paid for pictures

Paid for pictures, didn't get them, when I called "customer service" all they wanted was my debit card number....um...no. This business is not to be trusted!

I don't understand why there are so…

I don't understand why there are so many packages!? The only options I got was one pose of my child in several different ways. It is the worst photo of my photogenic child that I've every seen.. he loves getting his picture taken and he looks very unhappy and uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

They lost my daughter’s pictures!

They lost my daughter’s pictures. I prepaid using the picture day ID the school provided and while all the kids in my daughter’s class got their pictures, mine is missing. I contacted lifetouch and they told me they don’t have record of taking her picture which is so odd since I know for a fact she was there that day and her teacher made a comment on how well she did during pictures!! Are there any other photo companies schools can use? Highly recommend schools/daycare centers steer clear of Lifetouch. Btw, still waiting for Lifetouch to “recover” my pictures. Pretty sure they’re hoping I forget so they don’t have to offer me a refund

If I could put no stars I would this is…

If I could put no stars I would this is by far the worst company ever I was so excited to purchase my grandchildren’s photos for there first pictures taken at tutor time in Holbrook ny well these are the worst pictures I’ve seen of them and the photographer kept saying look at me not say cheese, and these are little kids! These are the worst photos ever and they don’t look professional stay away from this place if you want nice photos!

Extremely disappointed with my son’s…

Extremely disappointed with my son’s school picture! Looks like they intentionally developed dark and dull pictures. That is clearly not just lighting issue. Happened with my other kid as well in previous years. There pictures are degrading with every season.

Every YEAR they mess it up

Every YEAR they mess it up. They always take awful pictures of both my kids. Always blurry and terrible printing the job done. I have called numerous times this year to get pictures reprinted and correct name spelled for sports and school pictures. Not good photographers or customer service. Not worth it!

Avoid Lifetouch at all costs

Avoid Lifetouch at all costs. We now do not have our daughters sophomore year school photos because they never sent them . I have emailed customer service a million times attaching our receipt and I get zero response . This was last years pictures.
Also every year we pay for retouch the photo comes back with zero retouching done after paying the extra $ every year there is a problem with them . Schools need to fire them & find a better company . Customer service there does not exist

What a shame

My daughter is in kindergarten in Oakville school. And we sent $50 bill for her standard picture wich is $26.99 . They took the money and never gave her change. What a shame on business to rip off little kids.

It's just not worth the hassle

It's just not worth the hassle. My son's school photos were suppose to be this morning (K-3 school photos). They simply didn't show up. The school called to see what was up and they said they could be there later this afternoon. So now I'm trying to feed my tired 6 year old and keep his outfit and hair nice for the next 4 hours while my husband sits around at work for an extra 90 mins because I'll be late picking him up. It's extremely unprofessional to "no call no show" an entire school. The kicker is that THEY DID THIS LAST YEAR TOO. I'm not sure who deals with the scheduling, but they should consider a different line of work.

Look for another option

Our school utilized Life-Touch for our football team's annual pictures. They were terrible , they only give you one option per player, then they lost the team picture. I am going to do everything I can to make sure our school system never spends another dime with these losers.

Won't give me my money back

Feb 3 I ordered pictures online. 50 bucks. I spent $100 on the clothes and $15 on the hair. I was told he would take pictures two weeks after I paid. Started an investigation on March 10 took two weeks and they said they found the pictures and they would take 3 weeks additional to be mailed out. Never came so me and my husband called. April 21 is when they said they would start a claim and it would take 4 to 5 weeks because my card was cancelled. May 9 we called again told us it would be an additional 4 to 5 weeks to get a check in the mail. I was told I had to wait till June 1st because they still only process the claim but haven't issued my money back. I still have nothing. I will never ever use there business again. I see them a s huge liars that refuse to give me my money back. Do not order pictures from them. I will gladly pay more money to do business with anyone else other then them. You have been warned.

This has been the most annoying company…

This has been the most annoying company I've ever had to deal with. I ordered three class photos for my daughter. Paid the $36 and only received one. I contacted them and they said they would send the other two. They show up and it's the wrong picture. I've been fighting tooth and nail just to get someone in customer support. If you're thinking about using this company. Please do yourself the favor and reconsider

Aggressive marketing tactics for grad photos

Grad photos come with the company logo in the corner and cover the flowers in the picture. It would have been better if their logo was on the back. This company also chooses to email you multiple times a week until you order the photos. Would not use them again. We never had a problem with grade level photos in the past, but grad photos were were a different story.

Lifetouch Canada has the worst customer…

Lifetouch Canada has the worst customer service. They actually dont even answer the phone. I have been calling since March 13.Just think all I wanted to do was book my daughters grad photo. I have given up on these people and looking eleswhere. I now know I wont be using them for my other child when its his turn.
