Resolved my issue in a timely fashion

My experience was great at NAV because this is a tool that I never knew about, NAV is helping me so much to grow and expand my business. I wish I knew sooner. I definitely recommend NAV to others and I will continue to be a member of NAV.

I needed help getting a critical feature to work on my Nav Prime account. Sam was professional, patient, and very thorough in walking me through the steps it took to get my card working again.

I don't like being auto-charged an annual subscription that I never signed up for an auto renew on. Any product, every time, I specifically cancel any auto renew. No. I don't remember what happened a year ago. I notice the charge, go to get it cancelled and reimbursed. Nope. No refunds. Fine, I'll go argue with my bank. Buyer beware.
