Comparatively speaking, I have found Office Ally to offer lower-cost services that support my private practice. I appreciate the abilty to save billing profiles for clients and access other helpful tools. They also offer excellent customer service.

This company will charge you for a month in advance, even if you sign up at the end of the month - you'll be charged for 2 full months. They are absolute scumbags. Their software (EHR) is the worst piece of software I've ever seen in my life, and I've been doing this for 20 years.

Affordable but absolutely terrible; unreliable & inconsistent, frequent inexplicable outages for which you cannot reach a human being for explanation or support. Site is down AGAIN today. Absolutely awful from day 1. I would not recommend this EHR to anyone. We own a small chiropractic office and they have been nothing but problems since the beginning. Their site goes down often. Customer service is not helpful. Their prices have gone from $29 a month to $146 and all we did was add 1 provider. Rates constantly increase. Would never recommend.

I was having a problem with the system stating that a code I was using was not consistent to be sent to the insurance. The first time it stated that it needed an additional character - the next it stated it was improper for the date of service. I tried to get clarification, but your system just stated what it had before. I looked to the AAPC to find out that there was a date the code needed the sixth digit and went from there. You should have been able to state this -- also, it took over 4 months that the 6th character was required until you inserted the codes into your system.

Office Ally is a great product and easy to use. I have used it for over 10 years. It does need some simple upgrades. When you update information on the Appointment or Visit tab it does not carry through to Claims tab. This should be live adjustment on all screens. When insurance payer retracts money is it hard to post when other patient accounts are involved.

I requested help finding where I can match insurance payments with case numbers. I had been going through the online user instructions and they did not match with the current office ally service tab interface. All they had to do was send me a li k to an updated tutorial. Instead I was told I had to schedule time with an instructor. I don’t need to waste my time or yours doing an online class when all I need is the user manual for current office ally functions

Actually all of my Office Ally experience has been great, even though I didn't take the How to File a Secondary Claim course because I was 2 minutes late and couldn't get in, ence the loss of one star. It worked out that I didnt't need to file a secondary claim but perhaps it would be good to know and perhaps I could get that information in a document and not have to do a Team call at a specific time.

Generally I appreciate the "user -friendliness" of Office Ally but recently they were very confusing about where to put my NPI number on claim forms. I finally figured it out through trial and error because they use too much jargon when referring to the forms. Also, they have raised their fee quite a bit in a short period of time. It's worth it, but still it was quite a jump.

This is a great system for start-up or established businesses. Daily usage is easy, training not hard or boring. Help is always a call or email away, with great responses. I work with two doctors and love the program.

I have been having issues with eprescribing for over a week now, initially unable to prescribe controlled substances, now even my regular prescriptions are not going through, I have called customer service multiple times and spoke to them after long wait times, they have not fixed my problem and obviously it is impacting my practice and patient care. I will report them to BBB, this is totally unacceptable.

Absolute crooks who try to charge you even though you never agreed to any billing. They won't let you cancel your account either. DO NOT EVEN GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL.
Responding to the company response:
You found me because you're calling me asking me to change my review. I will not do that. I suggest you also reach out to the person (who is not me) that is mentioned in the email chain you sent me. I have no idea who that person is and given their profession I am sure they would want to know about a potential privacy breach from their EHR provider.
