I purchased a necklace for my daughter’s 40th birthday and when it arrived it was even prettier than I realised. Also the free gift of a bracelet was such a surprise and will be added to her presents. I didn’t know about Orli before but its items are very reasonably priced and delivery was quick and nicely packaged. I also have a granddaughter and nieces so I know where I’ll be looking for them 😊.

I bought a bracelet for a gift with the gift wrapping and a free gift. When this came I thought the original bracelet wasn’t delivered I contacted Orli and followed what they said by the following day it was sorted, I hadn’t realised there was another package in the box with the order in and the other bracelet was the free gift. I am so pleased with both items and the swift response and help given. I couldn’t recommend them enough and certainly would order again.

Bracelet was beautiful unfortunately too small for my wrist..if bigger size available would have been amazing.Return process worked well.

The necklace was too tight so asked to return for a refund even though I loved the necklace. I was told they could make it longer which they did within a week of returning it no quibble or questions or extra payment. Absolutely fabulous customer service and support.
