Still trying to iron out a few hiccups with all my meds.. I haven't recieved some meds and have felt terrible thru Xmas and new years as my stomach burned and was unable to eat anything due to meds nit being delivered.. All I got was about 10 emails altogether cancelling orders which made no sense to me... Also I find it impossible to cancel any meds which I've listed with typos or errors.. Even after sending emails.. It doesn't help that it still doesn't have a usable app for Android which is irritating. I could speak to an operator but I expect to have a working fully functional app so I don't have to call and speak to a person to correct things every time...as I had to wait all thru Xmas and new years holidays to be able to call someone. I will change my review once they manage to correct my meds and deliveries or else I will have to look for another online pharmacy

Avoid if you need medication in any reasonable time.
Abysmal service and outrageously poor customer service.
Took over a month from 'order approved' notification to deliver my medication and needed chasing every time. I made allowances for new set up but gave up after 3 months of nonsense. I was only given excuses every time that made no sense and only after I had chased my medication. Problems were never mentioned in advance if they existed, so they could be resolved in anyway and improve the service.
Customer service is only answered by one advisor, who is impossible to deal with, he does not read emails, doesnt look into anything and does not answer any questions - only has the same stock answer of "it will be sent tomorow".
I hate to think what would happen if people taking critically needed medicine attempted to use this service.
Edit: Amazing that RxLive managed to respond to this negative review in a record time of 33 minutes, far better than the service I ever received. I did send my concerns to your support email and never received a reply, when I chased i got one from the same advisor who was the problem so it was pointless.
The response again does not reflect anything I was told previously. Also please reflect on your loss of £20 as this is again due to the inefficiency of your advisor - who I had previously informed I wanted to cancel and so had already given you notice - but again, he ignored what was asked in the emails. This further proves the farce I have endured.

How anyone can leave a negative review for these people is beyond me, let me tell you what they did for me yesterday, I have pain medication delivered, just before Christmas I knew I was going to run out between Christmas and New year, with there being a weekend amongst it I was thinking I'm screwed, yesterday I woke up late because I was in hospital with my daughter the night before, so at 11am I messaged them, they chased up my medication with my doctor and had it sent out by 5pm, for delivery today, if you need something urgently message them, they are not mind readers....couldn't ask for more!! You guys are the best!!! I'd give more stars if I could ✌🏻

Absolutely shocking. Had my script nearly two weeks. They have left me without important medication over Christmas. Terrible service. Stay well away if you are on any important medication.
In response to your reply: On the telephone on Monday your own staff stated they had the prescription on the 16th. I have also confirmed it was issued by my GP on the 16th. Please don’t lie now.
Update Saturday 28th (12days)
Still no medication I have been with no supply of two tablets for three days now. My Diabetic sensor ended yesterday with no replacement now available. The “Next Day” shipment is stuck in a Royal Mail centre 50 miles away and customer services have told me this will now not be delivered today. As tomorrow is Sunday at least another two days without meds and starting to feel pretty awful.
Update: The package was eventually delivered at 1pm on Saturday only 30mins after Royal Mail told me it would NOT be delivered because the tracking showed it in a centre 50 miles away. Another company that could not organise a hoopla.

Swapped to RXLive early this year from another well known pharmacy delivery service as I was waiting up to 2 weeks for deliveries and regularly running out of urgent medication. RXLive are always quick deliveries and if I require something urgently, I just send them an instant message and without fail my items will arrive the next day. Fantastic service.

I have used on-line pharmacies in the past and, in my opinion, RXLive is the best. RXLive Pharmacy puts in regular orders of repeat prescriptions to my GP without my needing to remember dates.
RXLive does everything, from start to finish, including using Royal Mail Tracked to send my drugs to me.
If ever I do need to contact them, RXLive replies to my EMail within a short time.
I am very happy with this service.

Three weeks ago RXLive delivered my essential medication to the wrong address the first (& last time). They failed to call or try to resolve for two days and only contacted after I had gone in to TrustPilot.
I removed them as my pharmacy in my NHS App and reinstated my local pharmacy. And then reordered. RXLive on seeing my prescription had been reordered (no idea why or how they have this info) contacted my local pharmacy and said the order should be released to them.
When my pharmacy challenged this they told them that I was there with them at that moment asking for this.
They lied. I wasn’t.
I called my local pharmacy when I got a text message from them asking me if I had indeed chosen RXlive (very helpful people). We then had a three way conversation with RXLive, me and my local pharmacy.
Despite my being on the phone with them and my local pharmacy they still wouldn’t release my prescription.
Oh and they also were going to deliver it to the wrong address again. When I tried to persuade them not to they said that it didn’t matter because if no one was in it would be retuned and I would get it next time. No thought of what the many days gap would mean to me, or consideration that someone else might take delivery of this highly restricted medication. Eventually they agreed to change the delivery address but the reluctance was astonishing. I was shocked at their attitude.
The experience I have of RXLive of poor communications, lack of attention to information, lack of consideration for my well-being. And either a poor system that cannot consider people’s individual needs or an organizational ethic that is aggressive and deliberately bulldozes over people. Probably both of those things.
I think this is perhaps the third negative review I have ever given. But medication is important. For me it’s essential. To be so ignored is quite unforgivable.
I imagine they will respond quickly to this review - if only they took as much care over their prescriptions and customer care as they do for heir social media profile. But they don’t.

Very impressive service . My prescription had not been enacted / placed by the surgery but after speaking to RXlive team they checked the digital’Spine’ for prescriptions, found it and took control. Result the prescription will be delivered to me tomorrow - a one day service . Very impressive. Highly recommended team

If you want to receive your medication within a reasonable period of time - say a week, then you should definitely NOT USE RXLIVE. I have only been using them since September, but every order has been mucked up, delayed, in one instance then sent the wrong things, and that’s on the repeats. It’s the delay on new medication that’s the worst. I’ve currently been waiting almost 2 weeks for my new meds and I still don’t have them. There is no communication to say your prescription is delayed or why. Customer service is something they don’t understand. I am just grateful I have needed medication for a life threatening condition, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to write this.

Found RXlive after searching online. Saw the reviews and they definitely delivered. Had an awful experience with another online chemist, RX picked up my prescription added my prepaid prescription and got my prescription out to me in less than 12 hours. Absolutely brilliant customer service

Just very odd, started off really good, but I get huge parcels full of my whole prescription. I went on chat so many times to say I don’t need this item reordering, I’ll let you know when I need them, but boom a box full of the un needed stuff arrives. I’ve told them they’re ordering items that are no longer on my script so please don’t send but they send. I’ve messaged and messaged to say please don’t send my insulin in cartridges I need vials as I’m on a pump. They send more insulin in cartridges… I’ve been sent two orders in a week of stuff I’ve not requested with items I’ve NEVER had! It’s crazy I’ve asked them to stop just ordering on my behalf I’ll tell them when I need them, but the stuff keeps coming. It was good at first but why my daft GP is allowing all this is just as odd. So I’ve asked for my scripts to go back to Boots. No one seems to listen. I’m now fully stocked with most of diabetes bits for a year! It does end up quite draining to be honest

Have been using this pharmacy for probably a couple of years now and the service has been good however, prescription raised by doctor and sent to the pharmacy on 31st October. Two weeks later nothing so I wrote to them on their chat tab asking what is taking so long and had a response immediately saying “thank you we have sent this out” and then…we will find out where it is. 2 weeks later nothing! I’ve just gone onto the chat tab and have written again asking where the meds are as it’s been almost a month and my orders show my meds are still with their pharmacy team!

So far so good, but I'm suspicious....
I've used this service twice now (it just appeared as an option on my NHS app one day), and on both occasions I've received my prescription within a few days. Fantastic, saves me a trip to the chemist.
But previously, I used to pay for my prescriptions, and I've not been charged for these deliveries, so who is paying for my prescriptions?

Firstly, this company were very helpful when another online pharmacy let me down. However, they have requested items from my GP that I have not requested. I changed my registration to a local pharmacy but find that RXLive have changed it back and are requesting items from my GP without my consent. As a result I have to make an appointment with my GP for a medication review. I could do without this.
