I have rang this company ! Sent 8 emails and two weeks on I have no response at all !! Spent £37 on two balloons a 4 0 and the 0
Arrived popped and deflated !!!’ Complete waste of money. I am horrified that this company haven’t even had the courtesy to respond ! Absolutely shocking

What a great company send them balloons is I recently sent balloons to my granddaughter in England with a beautiful teddy bear there was a choice of a free gift I choose a lovely chocolate fudge birthday cake with her name on it . I live in Ireland it was so handy and very reasonably priced and a next day delivery was a huge bonus. I will be recommending this place to every one and I can't wait to use this service again for my grandsons coming birthday in December. Well done send the balloons and thank you so much.

Great balloons but never delivered on required date. Luckily people have been in, but dates are there for a reason,,,birthday etc.

Dreadful experience with this company only half my order was delivered with no note to say who from. When I rang chasing it up I was told 3 to 5 working days for rest of it. As this was a special occasion and because I had spent £70 on the items I decided I would like my money back. They said only when they had collected the bottle of champagne and cup cakes would they then do that!!!! I work in a service industry and I would have given a full refund and left the champagne as by way of an apology. Bad customer service. Would never use again.

We were very pleased with the balloon bouquet we ordered for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. Ordering was an easy process and it was very good to be able to track the delivery. Balloon deflated when I opened it, had a tube to blow into to top up but that didn’t even last half a day! Not worth the money.

It was not worth the money at all. I thought it was a big balloon and the box it came in was as simple as anything . I could have went out to the shops and bought one . Never again i would order again . Not Worth hoe much they charge . An insult .
