Ordered on the 12th of may. Item was showing in stock and available. Choose free delivery.
Emailed on the 18th of may. 1st email no reply had to reach out to both Instagram and Facebook followed by another email to get a response. Was told in email that the delivery window was 3-6 working days and was told that delivery would be with me Wednesday 20th of May. On the Wednesday no delivery emailed again twice to ask about whereabouts no response. 3pm on Wednesday received email from courier with information that they where expecting my parcel. Shocking experience so far

Next to that, I ordered gloves in XL but needed XXL. I asked Adam a simple question about eventual tax when I send them back to receive the right size, but after 3 reminders still no reaction.
The last thing: I ordered the products on 16th of February and would receive them latest end of February due to stock. Finally received everything 29th of April.

I’m frustratingly writing this review as the customer service has been ok. I ordered a triple monitor stand last Sunday, well over a week ago (standard silver and black - no special colours) and asked for an update near the end of last week via email. Adam responded and stated that he would look to get it dispatched asap.
I emailed requesting a further update on Monday only to be told that they only get deliveries or Alu profile once per week and they were expecting a delivery that day and would pack and dispatch asap.
Obviously it’s now Wednesday and I still haven’t heard anything, unsure when my order is going to even be dispatched despite paying for express delivery.
May change my review depending on the quality of the product when it finally arrives, but I can’t give any more than 2 stars at the moment and I’ve only gone up from 1 because they have responded to a few emails!
Edit: now writing this update on 6th April after receiving the monitor stand today and spending the day building it and aligning the monitors. The build quality is good and the instructions were fine, there was supposed to be a QR code to scan to find the instructions, but I couldn’t see the code included. Adam was really helpful and the customer service was excellent from Sim Hound. The monitor stand works absolutely brilliantly and with a spirit level and a second person, it was easy to align and set up.
The only issue I have which is the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars, is because the arms of the monitors sag slightly, which I know is common for these stands. But would definitely shop with them again.

Ordered the new Simagic wheelbase after discussing with the guys at Sim Hound (who replied instantly even out of office hours)
The wheelbase is incredible and Sim Hound will now be my first Port of Call for anything Sim Racing related.

Adam at SimHound has been absolutely fantastic. From answering queries to letting me try out products before I purchase, he's made me feel like I've really understood what I was buying, why it is different from another product, and the value of what I've bought. I'm a massive researcher before I buy anything, it takes me months to purchase, but Adam has been incredibly patient and I've never felt pressured to buy anything.

Below is my original review. A day later posting, Simhound contacted me through ig dm, explaining that my emails went to junk and ig dm was under requested and therefore they did not get my messages.
It’s not what you expected as a customer as I tried two communication channels, but I also get that they are a SME and have no dedicated staff for customer service. Hoping my experience can turn into an improvement of service on their end.
What else they’ve done to mitigated:
1. Upgraded my order (and other orders on same batch) to next day delivery
2. Provided partial refund which means I got the shoes for discount price
In short they turn a hard NO of repurchase to a YES MAYBE. In regards of the shoes, my husband said they fit well and it’s a good product. One more comment, if product delivery be late or reschedule please contact customers for updates. If this was in place the original review below would never exist.

Ordered a pair of racing shoes on the 5th of Feb as Valentine’s present. It said on website that it’s a pre order and estimated delivery be mid Feb. Emailed them in the second half of Feb for a few times, DM on ig but still no replies. No updates received on my order at all. Checked on the website about the product, est delivery of orders become end of March. Does that mean my order is backlog till end of March too? Got no replies. Should I still wait for it or just dispute with bank? Got me thinking of this company is a scam.

The best Sim Racing Gloves and Shoes!
Got some new gloves and boots from Sim Hound, I accidentally chose the wrong size on my order but they got this sorted quickly for me.
The gloves are fantastic and the boots have made racing so much more comfortable, I can setup my brake much stiffer now!

Fantastic help from start to finish, over the moon with the Simagic gear and the Agile chassis is rock solid! Incredible for the price.
It even arrived earlier than expected.

Sim Hound amazed me
Sim Hound amazed me. They fixed a mistake I made with my order (double order, same product, two different addresses). They replaced one of the products following my email request and didn't charge me the difference. Adam from Sim Hound was helpful and professional. Given the quality of the products I received, I highly recommend them to everyone. 5 stars well deserved.
The best purchasing and support experience ever
There was a slight hiccup with dispatch, but that was ultimately a misunderstanding that was swiftly cleared up. I was surprised by how fast I got responses back, even late into the evening when I didn’t think I would get one till the next business day.
Adam was fantastic; the wheelbase had factory issues (Simagic’s fault; EVO came up as EVO Sport), which I wrongly blamed them for in an angry email after a frustrating day (which I regret, sorry again Adam) when I thought they had sent me the wrong item after having to wait so long since I was unable to pick it up for days following the dispatch issue (not their fault; they got it sent out fast, but DPD did not deliver during weekends, so I had to wait till I would be home at the end of the following week).
Throughout all of this, Adam remained extremely responsive, patient, and cleared it all up. I got my replacement wheelbase, and he even threw in my second order (so that arrived faster), and a spare decal sheet I had asked to be invoiced for for FREE.
I am beyond surprised by how responsive the company is, they would even call moments after I’d send an email to explain the situation, and I have no doubt I would buy all my other sim racing gear from them in the near future. If you have any issues, honestly, just contact them; don’t assume anything.
First-time experience with SimHound.
The product from Simagic was great and works as intended, but I was disappointed with how long it took to get dispatched.
I did contact SimHound regarding this and to be fair their customer service is great.
But I would recommend using express shipping, as the standard free option can take more than a week to arrive.
Monitor stand
I ordered a monitor stand and asked for an update a while after. I was told they’d be “working on it this coming week,” which was fair enough. After that, I didn’t hear anything else. I got in touch again today to ask for an update, but I’ve not had a reply yet.My issue isn’t really the lack of contact, more the lack of general communication. I bought from here knowing there was about a one-week lead time, which I was fine with. But a quick email or update along the way would’ve been appreciated—it just feels like my order’s been forgotten about.That’s why I gave 3 stars. To be fair, it’s not late yet (today’s working day number 7 since I ordered), so I’m not complaining about delivery times—just about the lack of customer service.Edit:
After the review was published, I got a phone call from Adam who wasn’t happy with what I’d written. He seemed quite upset, which I didn’t appreciate—it felt unprofessional and didn’t really help the situation.Later, I asked about returning the stand because some details weren’t mentioned in the listing, but was told I’d have to pay for the non-resellable parts. Most companies would just list returned items as B-stock, so that didn’t sit right with me.In the end, I gave up dealing with him—probably to his relief—since he stopped replying anyway. What’s worse is that after his call about the review, I asked to cancel the order. He apologised and talked me into keeping it, which I now regret. I wish I’d just cancelled and gone elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service
SimHound were brilliant to deal with. I’ve bought several items from them now and have been happy with the service every time. After an issue with my wheel base, they replaced it without hassle and had the new one shipped out before Christmas. They even called to make sure everything had arrived and was working properly, which was a really nice touch.
Great communication and support throughout — highly recommended.
Don't believe them
Ordered gloves and then found some locally. Contacted the company to cancel and was offered a color change (my request) and a 20% discount for the shipping delay (their offer). Then I get notified that i need to pay a $11 VAT fee for the gloves to leave the UK. This had not been discussed previously and I really should have refused payment but I was excited. Fast forward to today: gloves come in but are not the requested color, the 20% refund has not been applied, and because they are overseas there is no reasonable way to return them. Oh well, at least Christmas is still 3 days away for me to go find some other present, I guess??
