This is more of a long term review. Ive had the rig sim hound rig for a while now and i cant fault it. Fantastic products and service. Also have the sim hound shoes for around a year now still going strong with alot of use ! Cannot Praise Adam and Sim Hound enough. A lovely chap and very helpful.

Products are well priced and arrived very quickly, 3 years on and all 3 pairs of gloves are still doing well so no issues with quality either.
Top notch company with great customer service

Had an endurance racing starting in 48 hours and my pedals broke. No attempt to repair worked and having served their use I decided on an upgrade.

Having used simhound previously for my rig and chair without any issues I decided to go with them seeing they now stocked pedals and wheels.

Been a Friday I was concerned I wouldnt get anything in time, I reached out to simhound and they said if I was willing to make the trip to them I could pick the items up in person to cut the delivery out ensuring I go to race.

Sure enough on Saturday afternoon. I drove down after work and Adam was there to open up in his own free time out of hours.

Showed me round the office, looked at what was on display and setup to use. After making my decision on what I wanted he handed me the box, even threw in some free bits for personal adjustment of pedals.

I ordered a set of Friguys Motorsports gloves to be used while touring in my car. They are very nice for simracing too but i rarely do that. For in the car they are very nice to wear for longer runs and feel comfortable while adding grip on the steering wheel. Quality wise they are also of very high standard. Except for the smell they look new:) The price is good and packaged well. I will order here again!

Excellent and fast customer service! My products arrived very quickly. I had a small problem, but it was resolved immediately, even though the problem was not with Simhound. They helped me tremendously!

Adam is incredible, whether its a small question about their gloves or a full in-depth discussion about your dream set up nothing is too much for him!

All of my products are top quality and have lasted hours of sim racing!! My custom painted rig is incredible and is the envy to my friends. It's been through some abuse including a full house move and the paint is still perfect! Not a blemish! Couldn't be happier!! Our custom gloves are incredible and the design process with Adam was so smooth and easy I couldn't be happier with them!!

I recently upgraded to the SimMagic eco system when they started as stockist and wow! What an improvement after my last well known brand! I had a billion of questions and again all were answered and delivery was insanely quick! Ordered at 1pm and arrived the next morning!

I won't go anywhere else for my equipment! Massive thanks to the team.

Needed some sim racing shoes and gloves. I was able to visit Adam (owner of Simhound) a really helpful guy! Am delighted with the products, well made and a great fit. Wish I’d known about the Company before I went down the Fanatec wormhole. Great business, great people, and I wish them every success

Great and fast customer service! Got my products so quick. Had a slight issue but it got resolved immediately as the problem was not from Simhound but yet they sorted me out. I am pleased with the customer service i received, i am pleased with the fast delivery time and lastly i am so happy with my Simagic products!! I am so happy that there is this great Sim racing shop here in the UK and i do not need to pay customs fees or absurd delivery prices. Will return to buy more products from Simhound/Simagic as my setup is not done yet xD. Thank you Simhound!

Haven't yet received the product yet, but this company deserves 5 stars just for the customer support. They are fast to answer and really willing to help. More online sellers need to learn from them.

Have purchased two pairs of gloves and most recently the shoes which are absolutely fantastic and very good value. I had the pleasure of meeting the founder of the company at the ManCave expo fairly recently (believe his name is Adam), very humble and lovely guy to speak to who is passionate about sim racing and his products

Supplied my sim racing cockpit. It's a great bit of kit and was delivered as expected. Recommended for sim racing fans.
