Bought and had fitted wardrobes put in with Ian Bowers help from the Bangor branch. Really very pleased with the service it only took the fitters four hours or so and they turned up during one of our awful storms when they could easily have delayed. They worked cleanly and quickly
Our room now functions exceptionally well and looks amazing

Having had to put our new bedroom on hold for a few months due to unforeseen circumstances, Natalya continually kept in contact during this time. When we were ready to go, she organised a visit to measure everything promptly. We had one last visit to the shop were she went through everything with my wife. My wife had some new ideas which Natalya helped her to adapt and put into the plans without any bother at all. Natalya then organised a fitting date which suited us and sorted out all the finance. Once again a stress free process, Natalya knows her stuff and has been extremely pleasant to work with. If the fitters do their job as well as Natalya has done hers, we will be very happy. Great job.

Liked- Bedroom fitted as drawn and the robes have a good quality feel.
Disliked- Having to chase for updates and getting a fitting date arranged. Also, despite asking at the time of booking, the carcasses and doors had to be brought in through a window. This has resulted in some scuffing and dents which were only apparent following fitting. None of these were pointed out by the fitters.
All in all generally happy with the bedroom but customer service and attention to detail could ve improved.

Excellent service at every stage of the process. Barbara was very skilful when it came to designing and included every detail that we wanted and gave us great ideas and advice. Excellent range of fitted furniture in store. Expertly fitted in one day with no fuss - bedroom was perfect!

We have just had our new kitchen installed and it has exceeded our expectations.
From our first visit to the Bangor showroom and meeting with Stephen we knew we were in safe hands. He helped with the planning and design, making helpful suggestions to give us what we were looking for. We were kept up to date every step of the way making the process so easy.
To say we are delighted with the quality and fitting of the kitchen is an understatement, we can't thank Stephen and the fitting team we had enough. The customer service seems to be at the heart of everything this company and its staff does. Cannot recommend this company highly enough

We have used Starplan 3 times over the past year. Each time their service has been professional, giving useful advice, very competitive, and deadlines met. I’m talking big items like a media wall, fitting out a dressing room and smaller items like custom made dressing table and chest of drawers. Great relationship with them.

Ordered a freestanding wardrobe. Sales consultant Heather was very helpful..she listened to what we wanted, took time to show us colours and combinations which were available. Sat down with us to review the order, making sure it was exactly as we had discussed. A really good experience. Would recommend Starplan and its sales team to anyone. They are so good to deal with.

Bought our kitchen from Starplan in Bangor, NI. 1st class experience from start to finish. Our kitchen designer Stephen was fantastic - lots of ideas and advice and never pushy. The quality of the kitchen is superb and the layout is imaginative and practical. The finishing touches such as the worktop edging really add a touch of class. The integrated appliances are all top quality. I absolutely could not rate our experience highly enough.

I am very happy with my Starplan fitted wardrobes. From start to finish. From planning to fitting all was made easy.

We have used few times, but this time was not done properly with proper finish. Tried to reach few times and they keep ignoring

We are delighted with our new Starplan kitchen. From the initial visit to the Bangor store, to the finished kitchen, we were impressed with the professional service we received. Richard's expert guidance at the design stage helped us get the kitchen that's right for us. Our fitters Don and his helper were excellent; they worked tirelessly and skillfully. We are also delighted with the quality of the cabinets.

This is my 2nd fitting by starplan . Ian was great from start to finish. Made the whole process so easy and nothing was too much. Timmy and William done a great job fitting, no messing around. Showed up on time, got the job done all in the agreed time frame and didn’t leave a mess. Great job guys.

Delighted with the service from start to finish. Every stage was professionally covered, from making the plans to the payment and reminders about fitting etc. Most of all I am so pleased with my furniture, really good quality and the fitting caused very little disruption on the day. Would highly recommend Starplan!
