They lost my business
The first time I placed an order with Stone Time Depot it went great. I few months later I placed a larger order and the shipping did not go well. I was never contacted to schedule the delivery, when they delivered they didn't ring the doorbell or call and they left my pallet of tiles in the middle of my sidewalk in a rain storm. When I contacted Stone Tile Depot they were not helpful. I do not plan to order from them again.

Color Issue
The shipment was beautifully and carefully packed and delivered. Customer service was wonderful. One problem - the tile was advertised as being BLACK - it actually is charcoal gray. Now I need to paint the whole thing with Rustoleum BLACK ceramic tile paint to get the color I need.

The stone tile is gorgeous but ...
The stone tile is gorgeous and very high quality. However, the distribution and shipping was one of the worst experiences ever and I suspect it could be criminal (diverting customers orders to resale to another customer). Stone Tile Depot initially disclaimed any responsibility even though they were paid to arrange delivery. They obfuscated and delayed. Once I threatened to take this issue to the FBI (interstate commerce), the took the issue seriously, the delivery depot magically found the stone and delivered it albeit late. On the good side, once Stone Tile Depot took the issue seriously, they rose to the occasion and did all the right things.

I placed an order and they contacted me after to let me know the tile wasn’t actually in stock as they had indicated on their website and when I ordered samples. They refunded my payment, but it would have been nice to know when I ordered the samples that they were never going to be able to produce the tile.
