My query was answered quickly and my order taken over the phone
I had a query about the distance of the mirror heater from the wall in our small WC. Simon was able to advice me that due to it low wattage 100 - 150 mm would be fine for our location and took my order over the phone.
I was pleased with the help given and how clear and polite he was.

Have now got the heaters fitted and working. Can say they are fantastic. Warm up brilliantly. Just awaiting a refund on the suspension kit which we didn't need as we used battens.

Great service for IR heaters
We have had IR heaters for two years now and decided to fit a larger one with a family photo on to the living room and move the living room heater into the bedroom. Kas was very helpful and patient. We took 3 weeks selecting the photo and sending the image but Kas was not pushy and we have now selected the 900w panel with our photo choice and eagerly await it’s delivery which is free of charge on purchases over £50

4 Screws fell out of unit after…
4 Screws fell out of unit after unwrapping. They fell out of the plate adjacent to the control unit. I have replaced them but they fell out because they had been overtightened. I can see the screw retainers are stretched. Poor QC on your part.

Would have been 5 star but I discovered that the wrong fuse had been fitted to all the units. Therefore it made me unhappy with the testing carried out by the company.

I've discussed this with my colleagues in the Customer Services department, and we would like to assure you that all our heaters are CE, RoHS and UKCA compliant, and have passed all regulatory testing before being sold to the public. The plugs fitted to all units are rated at 13A (and this is written on the front of the plug), and are more than capable of taking the load of the unit. You have our assurances that your heater is safe to use, and that from the thousands of units we sell annually, we are yet to have any sent back due to incorrect fuses.
