Friendly team and really helpful with the booking process. Tanveer was personable and made the process much more straightforward than it first felt. We moved from London to Birmingham with an e-transit custom that was smooth to drive albeit with a range that can't be helped for the model. Would recommend their services and use them again in the future!

SWITCH CAR RENTAL GLASGOW
The service and staff at switch car rental Glasgow was great. Had a BMW M760e as a free upgrade for a week and it was a highlight of trip to Scotland. Didn’t have a single problem with the car and felt safe without a single worry. Although I did get the best insurance and not damage the car I got my deposit back in a day and a half which was very quick. Thank you very much for the car hire. Will recommend to anyone travelling Scotland. Extremely cheap rates and trustworthy.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Switch Hereford, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, approachability, and efficiency, creating a welcoming and well-organised environment throughout.
In particular, Claire and Sophie were outstanding. Both were exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. Take money from your bank account without your consent?!!!
SHOCKING COMPANY - A few days after our rental was returned we checked to see if our £50 deposit had been refunded and to our surprise we found that an additional £250 had been unlawfully taken out of our account?! No prior communication expaining, no phone call, no email, no invoice...nothing! When calling they said that this is in their small print and they have the right to do this...as apparently minor damage to vehicle?!!! Reported them to their industry body as I understand that this does not follow BVRLA codes of practice, and I apparently have a strong case with the Small Claims Court. Absolute con artists - AVOID!!!

Returned for another vehicle from these guys Newport branch they were wonderful in changing my pickup time the vehicle was ready to go on arrival Alex the boy was on hand again to hand the key over I was dealing with the manager the lovely Mia Williams. It’s good job Mia’s desk isn’t by the reception I don’t think the group would have enough vehicles to meet the demand lol she took care of all the paperwork the collaboration with these guys especially the loveliest Mia you can’t go wrong with their professionalism and courtesy and friendly service.
