Simply a scam. Don't ever buy anything here.

I am sad to tell that i also have fallen for the quick-buy trap of this company, with their free of charge, Just shipping offers and then to idk, not ship the item at all, ship the item but five whole months after ordner has been placed.
And do not get me starte on the unexcusible, basicly non exsitant customer service. When one might try to reach out for help in the meer form of information, they can not even asist with as little of a trace for that.

I did a compulsive buy when i first woke up before I checked reviews. Been 10 weeks and no earphones. Sent email. From looks of other reviews I won't be receiving. Will ALWAYS be looking for reviews from now on first before buying anything

I got scammed by this people... ordered a flashlight on January ... seven months later and no flashlight... please don’t fall for it

I think I got the ear buds that someone else was suppose to get. At least I didn't order anything from this company, but got some "super bass" cheap ear phones. I tried to refuse payment with my credit card company, but they stated after they investigated this company that the order was legit. News to me. Anyway, this company is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with online. I think their "office" in MD is a front for their China operation. I tried calling their toll free customer service line - voice mail box was full & couldn't leave message. Sent an email to the contact email address listed on their website, but it bounced. Time to call my credit card company and find out what they know that I don't. Don't order anything from this bogus company. I'm leaving only one star because there isn't a option to leave no stars, which they deserve.

I ordered earphones and a case three months ago and is still waiting for them. Every time I email them, I get the same response every time Rob Smith will get it sorted.

Nothing happens again.

It's a scam. It has been 2 months since they've shipped it and it never reached me. I sent them emails asking if they have more information or if they can offer any solutions, they just ignore me or keep telling me to wait. They won't refund me.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE RATS. I hate scammers. Hopefully they have a very bad karma coming their way!

TOTAL SCAM. It's already been 2 months and they:re still saying that the haven:t received the tracking info from the supplier.

I ordered a XD200 Multi Driver Deep Bass Noise Isolating Professional Earbuds. The headphones are very lame and do not worth the 11 USD that they asked for. The package came a little late but I received it. But the problem was that I tried to put a comment in the page item giving my poor feedback about the earbuds and after I submited my comment they didn't show it, and my evaluation rate was useless showing only the "top rates" that some probably fake costumers did before. Because of that atitude I think the website has poor principles and so that was the first and last time that I bought something from that online shop.

Ordered a headset, after 1 month of order the headset havent even shipped yet. Tried to ask for refund they said the refund was given, yet havent received the payment

I ordered earphones and a couple weeks I discovered the tracking number was bogus I contacted them and they gave me a new number to check which showed my package was in Sweden I'm in Canada so... After that any email gets the same exact response it's a computer generated reply don't order from them it's a scam

I should of known better than to think there offer of free headphones were legitimate. Got the add on facebook (mind you there are many adds like these all over facebook). They offered free headphones for a limited time. I thought it was a marketing thing to get their name out or something, but turns out it was just a scam to get easy money. I clicked on the "free" head phones to be prompted with a hefty $11 US postage fee, with an offer for another pair of headphones for $15 with free postage. Thankfully I declined the second offer. The money is a small price to pay. My concern is they asked for private information like phone number, name and home address. I waited for 6 weeks before emailing them that I have not received my item. They told me that I had not even received a tracking number and that they would contact the supplier for one. Long story short after I asked for a refund and now they have stopped replying to me altogether. I would HIGHLY suggest you never purchase anything from them. Do not believe any review that tells you otherwise!

Worse yet, I have been getting dodgy calls to my mobile and even my work (which were both used in the checkout, work mobile and work address for delivery) from fake debt collectors since.

Sounds like they not only ship (or don't ship) bad quality, counterfeit products, but they sell your information to make another quick buck.

Not only don't waste your money, but don't risk your private information - especially your home address.

I did get my headphones. I almost forgot about them because I'm so busy. I almost thought it was a scam when I realized it was about 3 months since the order. The bass isn't heavy, which bothered me a little. However, the bass has a great balance, and the sound is so much clearer than other headphones I've compared them to. It is great for the price special(?) (if it really was a special.) Compared to others for their regular listing price? I'm not the one to ask.. I'm too abusive on my headphones to usually go past $15 on up lol.

All-in-all, I got two of what I ordered after seeing it advertised on IG, and I'm happy.

Total scam.

Ordered 2 sets of headphones. Waited a long tme for them to arrive. Contacted them serveral times. Got generic responses of 'please wait' 'give it time' etc.

They seem to have put the sale through as two transactions - don't know why as they were both ordered at the same time. Just weird.

Eventualy one set arrived but they did not work - contacted them over several weeks and was given run around of please wait for the others and 'please send pics' which I have done 3 times now and still I am getting fobbed off.

This is a scam site and they will take your money and send you nothing or i they do it will be defective cheap rubbish.

I am still being asked to send pics and be patient

Ordered a pair of headphones in April from an ad on Facebook. After 4 weeks, sent an email requesting a tracking number and received a canned response. "Our internal team has also noticed that this tracking number hasn't been provided to you. That is not to worry. We're communicating with the merchant for an update, and as soon as we receive an update, we'll keep you informed. We appreciate your patience with this order."

Emailed after no response in 7 weeks and got the same canned response. Emailed them letting them know this was unacceptable and asked them to provide a tracking number or a refund of my shipping costs. They gave me the "no refunds policy" speech and I reported them to PayPal who refunded the money.

DO NOT ORDER. TOTAL SCAM

Ordered something never received it. Automated responses from what seem to be a computer. Requested a refunded claimed I already asked for one.

Sent entire history of every email sent and advised them to refund me immediately or j will be taking this further. Watchdogs need to be aware of these scammers

Placed an order, the tracking number didn't work. Waited a month, nothing arrived. Contacted support, they said just wait it will get there. Contacted them again a month later, no response.

Got my credit card company involved and received a refund. As far as I'm concerned this is a scam.
