I am the yearbook editor for my elementary school, and this is hands-down a favorite in our district. In the past 4 years that we have been using this company, I have had a 100% satisfaction rating with the parents. They absolutely LOVE the personalized pages. The process to create and edit is easy, the turn-around time is speedy, and the quality is incredible. Every aspect from start to finish is well thought out and streamlined, making it a smooth process. I only wish more schools would utilize this amazing company!

Not happy with this company. Website lags and then gets stuck loading and you have to restart. It took forever to finally upload the pictures for the customized pages. It's not user-friendly at all. I'm upset that my kids brought yearbooks home without the customized pages and without the questionnaire that took forever for me to do. I sent an email and got the automated response that a ticket was created and that someone would get back to me. It's almost 24 hours later and still no response. I ended up calling and explaining the issue and all the lady mentioned is that she can give a discount. I'm so upset about the waste of time with uploading so many pictures and having the kids do the questionnaire twice since the website crashed. This is such a disappointment, not to mention how horrible the yearbook looks in terms of color and formatting. It's a deep blue background with black print which makes it hard to see the words and the margins are very random. Some pages have wider margins than other. There's lots of wasted blank space. Not impressed at all!

Treering didn't ship within 5 business days as stated on their website, still can't tell me when the yearbook will ship. Stay away from this company!

I created 4 custom pages for my daughter's yearbook. The website was glitchy and slow throughout the process. My order went through without 2 of my custom pages. Their website is in need of a major update.

Recent Update: Treering rectified the the situation by offering a generous discount code so I could reorder my yearbook with all of my custom pages. Thank you!

Professional response and as a customer, I felt like I was valued and taken care of.

The customizing of pages is unreliable and not user friendly. The system runs slow or doesn't know what it's doing when trying to add multiple photos to the customized pages. It creates duplicates on the preview even when a single photo is only selected once. I've had to redo my order multiple times and it's extremely frustrating. I appreciate the option to create pages using my personal photos but am not impressed with how the system works.

Treering was the best organization to build our school yearbook. The customer service was excellent, and the quality of the book was out of this world. When student and families received their yearbooks, we sold another 20 copies. When I informed families that they would not get them until the summer they didn't even care. They felt that the book was worth it.

I love how easy Treering makes it to create, promote, and sell our yearbook. The biggest thing for me is that families can order their book online at any time. No deadlines and I do not have to collect any money.

I have been using TreeRing for 3 years now. The process of creating a quality yearbook is made easy by TreeRing's program and tools. The ability for parents to customize their own pages allows the yearbook to become personal instead of just something the school puts out. My favorite part of using TreeRing is the ability to go back and order previous years yearbooks as well!

I have really enjoyed using Treering for my school yearbook. The options are really fun and colorful. The people who answer the phones have always navigated through my problem and given me excellent customer service. I think it is a great company to use for yearbooks.

I have used Treering for 4 years, and they've been great. Any time I need help, they answer quickly. Shipping is fast and I love that I can have yearbooks shipped directly home instead of to the school.

I've been using TreeRing software since my younger son was in 2nd grade (he's now a freshman in college). Before deciding which yearbook company, I met with every possible yearbook company before choosing TreeRing. As a parent volunteer starting up a brand new yearbook program at my kids elementary school, TreeRing was a great fit for many reasons; flexible pricing which allowed for fundraising, no minimums or payments up front, a tree planted for every yearbook sold, excellent customer service and so much more. When I became the yearbook advisor at my kids middle school. I reevaluated the yearbook company options again and brought TreeRing with me. Besides the above great reasons, parents LOVE the free custom pages. There are a number of elementary schools that feed to our middle school who use TreeRing and they already have expectations of creating custom pages for their children when they order a yearbook here. I highly recommend TreeRing for any school looking for a new vendor.
