Vorsicht versteckte Kosten
Alleine günstigste Versandoption (UPS) eines Kleides mit Warenwert 25 EUR aus UK kostet exkl. forward2me Gebühren stolze EUR 38(!)
Ich habe mich reinlegen lassen ! Die Gebühren für die Adresse sind niedrig, aber abgecasht wird dann beim Versand 😔 also Warnung an alle! Versteckte Kosten! Es wäre gut, wenn man vorher wüsste wie viel man für den Versand zahlen wird müssen. Wenn das Kleid aber ankommt, muss ich trotzdem sagen, dass es mir das in Summe wert war, weil das Kleid überall sonst im Internet nicht mehr zu haben war und der Verkäufer nur innerhalb UK Verkaufen wollte.

Thank you for confirming your identity so that I could look at this for you.
I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the cost of shipping via our services, however I can confirm the price of 38 Euros did include our service.
The shipping fee quoted includes the use of the address, the acceptance, processing and storage of your parcel until shipping. We also handle the export documentation on dispatch however we do ship as delivery duty unpaid so any import costs are payable by the receiver.
I know that the cost of shipping does seem high compared to the value of the goods however shipping is based on the actual amount of space the shipment takes up in transit and is not related to the value of the goods.
I see that you did not choose the combine and repack option, this option is available to customers before shipping, when a request is submitted our warehouse team evaluate if we can repack the goods more efficiently to ensure that you get the maximum value for shipping.
Another option would be to make use of the 30 day free storage period offered. Some of our customers look to purchase a number of items within the 30 days and combine them into one shipment to make shipping more cost effective for you.
I hope you will consider using our service again in the future and this information is useful to you. Our customer services are at hand at any time to help and guide you.

Völlig überteuert
Für das Versenden einer CD kostete die "billigste" Methode mehr als 9 UKP. Will man Sendungen kombinieren im Glauben etwas einzusparen, so bleibt der Preis immer noch stolz. Das Preismodell ist intransparent und die Gebühren komplett überhöht. Es gibt sicher bessere Alternativen. Die Antworten des Kundenservice wirken standardisiert und sind wenig hilreich.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the price for shipping however for the service we offer we do feel that we offer value for money.
forward2me are offering a service and cannot compete with larger retailers who are selling their own products and offer shipping at cost or a loss leader to encourage customers to purchase their goods.
Within the price of shipping we offer a free address to receive the goods, we receive your goods, check they have arrived with us in good condition, process them to your account, store them free of charge for up to 30 days and process all the export paperwork for shipping when you are ready to forward the goods.
Please be assured that we are as transparent as possible and offer a pricing calculator on our website for customers to check pricing before they go ahead with their purchases.
Shipping low value goods overseas can seem expensive when shipping in low quantities therefore we offer the 30 day free storage period so customers can collate a number of items on their account and combine them altogether in one shipment. Many of our customers take advantage of this service so that they obtain the maximum value for shipping.
