Purchased a dual charger for my HTC Evo. Product was shipped promptly and works great.

I checked a dozen or more online stores and HTCPedia had the highest quality products and the best prices on them. The shipping was quick and the items I received were of the quality described on their site. The next time I need a mobile accessory I will look no further than HTCPedia.

Delivery fees where removed as as result of the over being over a certain value. The company that htcpedia is using to courier locally is charging handling fees on top of the import duties.

Neither of these fees are mentioned or warned about at any step in the ordering process. As my first overseas order I was unaware of this. I personally think the local company is taking HTCpedia for a ride. This is the only place I can voice this opinion. The duty amount seemed too high and the handling fee should be part of the delivery cost or not charged at all.

My suggestion:
1. Warn about import duties and try give an estimate on the cost
2. Warm about other costs such as handling fees (if this is allowed)

THE PRODUCTS ARRIVED OK. NEVERTHELESS, AS SOON AS I PLACED THE ORDER, I UNDERSTOOD THAT THE STORE WAS IN THE US AND I WOULD HAVE PROBLEMS SINCE I STAY IN EUROPE, THUS I HAVE SENT IMMEDIATELY 2 E-MAILS, ONE OF THEM ASKING IF POSSIBLE FOR A EUROPEAN A/C CABLE. NO RESPONSE ! IT WOULD BE OK TO RECEIVE AN ANSWER THAT WHAT I REQUESTED WAS NOT POSSIBLE. BUT NO RESPONSE AT ALL... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !

The service was in fact timely and error free!. Communication with customer service personnel can be improved but everything otherwise was fine! I will surely be shopping with HTCPedia again!

Product shipped same day as the order was placed and arrived promptly as stated. Quality is high and the price was comparable to other providers.

Sending 2 USB jacks with no A/C or D/C plugs on a battery charger, not suggesting it does NOT come with one or an option is very bad.
