Spent an hour completing on-line form for car insurance twice and getting "Sorry there is a technical issue".
Followed up with a phone call to be told they didn't want my business.
Driving 40 years. 12 years no claims.
For those who have parted with cash I hope they handle claims better than they do new customers

After posting a 1 star review the company replied on trust pilot fir me to contact them. I did so and received an automated response. My anger at their behaviour and financial deductions run deep. Use the company if you want but know if you cancel it is £40 to set up policy, £25 if they have to alter anything on the policy plus a charge for how ever many days of coverage. Hooefully the govt will eventually cap cancellation fees from these insurers.

I cancelled the coverage within the 2…
I cancelled the coverage within the 2 week period and from the £126 deposit I only got £47 back. That was so unfaif and unreasonable. I have not even received it yet.

Very poor service and rip off, please not to get in trap the will give you cheap quote then will raise a lot afterwards once you trapped , they tried with me but I cancelled quickly within cooling off period

igo4 I have no problem with
igo4 I have no problem with, however I cancelled my policy as i got a very confusing letter from premfina, who arrange the credit finance. when I read it I told them go f@ck themselves as it looked like I had to pay £1353.00 for a £550 policy. that was enough for me to cancel within 14 days cool off. Not interested in dealing with a company that cannot make things crystal clear. If I was IGO4 I would dump premfina pronto, they lost my business. The guy Jamie on the phone was great, a really nice guy and he understood completely. Premfina can do one...
