A very different estate agent experience that focusses on personal service and small touches that you simply do not get with a traditional high street agent. Jack is available 24/7 and will hold viewings outside non standard working hours which is great for potential buyers. Communications are timely and informative. I selected Nested based upon my experience as a potential buyer of another property which is testament to the work Jack does.

After some months on the market, a mailshot from Bal @ Nested Hornchurch arrived through the door. advertising his tailored service. Sceptical given our experience over the previous months we decided to give him a go. Well, from the first contact by WhatsApp, through the entire sale process, we were given a personal, tailored service precisely as he described to us on the first contact.

Bal sold our house within one week, in fact, the first buyer than inquired bought the place. The house was unoccupied through the sale process and Bal went over, almost every day, to check on the property and make sure all safe and secure. We completed 6 weeks later.
