I ordered an item online that I couldn't find in any store in Los Angeles! Not only did they provide my product, but we spoke on the phone and they expedited delivery. These are great people and they provide exceptional customer service.

Great customer service. Answered all questions and even gave a follow up call after I placed my order to offer a product of equal quality and price with a quicker delivery time.

Long lead time

Long lead time, 3-4 weeks. Will not ship to a residential home. If I would have known these two things in advance I would not have ordered from them...

John Thank you for your feedback. Where we appreciate the feedback we are disappointed to see your review. Below is the email we sent the day your order was placed letting you know you could cancel your order or proceed with a 3-4 week lead time. We would have gladly at no charge cancelled your order. I also explained on the phone that we do not ship Commercial materials to Residential addresses and that we only ship to Companies due to high fraud and the fact we are selling only Commercial Door Hardware. As per our website if the stock logo in stock is not located on a product its states call for lead time or lead times vary. We did however double check with you before placing the order via a phone call and the email below. Not sure what else we could have done there but thank you again for the review.



Thank you for your order 1005887 for the SKU: 1250-4040-US10. Please advise on the below so that we may proceed with the order.
1. The lead time is 3-4 weeks there are no returns or cancellations.
2. Please provide a business name and verifiable address commercial as we only ship to commercial addresses . We require signature upon delivery.

Jeffrey Dinardo has been professional and very quick with all communication, even questions I might have after the order has arrived! It is hard to find companies these days that remain attentive to your needs after the sell! I truly appreciate this and will continue to do business with Quality Door for this reason! As well they beat the competitors price!
