We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our engagement rings! 💍✨ Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Alyssa, who was amazing throughout the whole process. She made us both feel so comfortable, listened to exactly what we wanted, talked us through every little detail and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. She took care of us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make such an important and special purchase feel even more memorable.

Firstly I will say my ring is beautiful.
But the customer experience was incredibly disappointing.
When we first went in, the sales rep didn't recommend to try different sizes he told me the display size was perfect - having never been a ring wearer we took his experienced and professional opinion.
When the ring came in it was way too big.
We brought it back, it was the same sales rep who met us who advised half a ring size down only as a full ring size would be too much. The ring came back, still far too big, to the point where it almost fell off my finger.
We went back in and met with someone else (who first said I must like rings tight...no I just dont want it to fall off as I walk..) she definitely tried to blame us to an extent but then did advise to try on different sizes.
(One thing, it is always absolutely BOILING in there, honestly for trying on rings it is less than ideal because your hands swell with heat)
She advised the ring to come down 1.5 sizes! And that there would be a charge - even though they clearly incorrectly advised previously.
We were then informed the ring was porous and unsafe to wear so the band hand to be fully remade. Engagement rings aren't cheap and they clearly have questionable quality control, if that ring hadn't gone back it would have never been noticed and would have broken. I can only hope the replacement band is better quality!
Long story short we ordered the ring in December and FINALLY had it in April.

Honestly beautiful rings but I would genuinely recommend going somewhere else. For the whole experience I would rank a 1 * but the ring is making it 3.

Went into the store about 3 weeks before going on holiday, where I was planning to pop the question. The estimated delivery was 4 weeks which was too late, however Shivarni really went the extra mile to make sure the ring turned up on time! Was super helpful when choosing the ring and throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anybody unsure where to start when it comes to looking for engagement rings, or anything else for that matter.

Gabrielle was very welcoming and really helpful in walking us through the options and giving pointers on what would work best. My engagement ring is from Austen & Blake and I am absolutely obsessed with it. We designed it together and came up with the perfect ring, it’s unique and so personal. In the shop we felt extremely relaxed and comfortable to ask lots of questions and together we designed the perfect ring for me and I love it. Twice now I've sent an email enquiry - no response to either. Even went to the Chester store to be ignored when we entered. We later went back to the same store 20 mins before closing and the door was locked and the lady was hoovering behind it and again didn't acknowledge us. I had my heart set on a ring but I think I will take my business elsewhere now.

Gabrielle! Thank you . Went into the Leeds store initially and had an idea and we went through several options of what I wanted. I then came back with a completely different idea a few weeks later and she took the time going through different stones as I was after something very specific. We spent HOURS and we landed on what I wanted exactly but then she brought an option that was even better than were we where which was amazing. Very excited and looking forward to seeing the final. We got our engagement ring in 2022 and had no issue receiving after 2 weeks. Also we ordered our wedding bands 2 weeks ago and had the engagement ring resized and both came 2 weeks after ordering.
