Beautiful dress

Beautiful dress. Unfortunately my daughter is in between sizes and we just couldn’t make the dress work. Customer service was wonderful, quick responses to my queries from the team. Refund was in my account quickly and without fuss.

I had an amazing customer service…

I had an amazing customer service experience after one of my parcels got sent to the wrong address! They contacted the delivery company for me and got them to go to the address it was sent to and when they couldn’t find it gave me the option of resending or store credit! I was so grateful that they were so nice about it.

I have shopped at beginning boutique…

I have shopped at beginning boutique multiple times and i’ve always had the best experience. Shipping is fast, quality is good, pricing is affordable and sizing is always consistent amongst fabrics and styles. From now on all my denim will be purchased from beginning boutique. AMAZED

Sweater

I loved the pink and white stripped sweater I got it was great quality looks flawless and also is heavy and keeps you warm. Shipping only took a week not like some brands that take up to 3.

I also sent a email to them letting them know how happy I was receiving this sweater and am very grateful I got a reply I recommend them they are a beautiful community with beautiful clothes.

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service, fabulous communication. I messaged the Botique about a their tumbler and got a response and willingness to help immediately. In the past I Ordered several Pretty dresses for my daughter. All quality and all looked beautiful on her. This Botique has many options for any occasion. Fun, quality accessories such as their bubblegum tumbler. It’s nice to purchase from a company that exudes kindness and has integrity.

FRAUD

FRAUD! I returned unused items and they said it smelt like perfume and would only issue store credit.. I went back and forth over email and then had to file a chargeback to get my money back. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Our returns policy, which is clearly outlined on our website, states that returned items must be in their original, unused condition (free from any scents). When an item is returned with a noticeable scent, we're unable to resell it. In these specific circumstances, our policy is to offer store credit rather than a full refund. I want to assure you that our practices are always in line with our stated policies, and we operate with complete integrity.

I'm genuinely disappointed that this situation escalated to a chargeback; that's certainly not the outcome we ever want for our customers. If you could please provide me with your order details, I'd be happy to review the specifics of your case. Don’t do it

Bought a dress for $69 they charged $9.996 for shipping for a total of $79.94 and then it was way too small according definitely not the right size and when we returned it, they charged us 13.99 to return it so I’m only getting $56 back.

Just to clarify, the $9.99 was for shipping your original order, and the $13.99 was a return handling fee for processing the return. We do try to make sure this is clear upfront in our return policy, which is available on our website.

I love both of the dresses I've ordered, their customer service is wonderful if you ask for what you need. The sizes are consistent and the quality is great.

0 stars! Shit people, shit clothes

I can't give less than one star but if I could it would be 0.

Do not shop with these people.
The clothing sizes are inconsistent, they charge back every time you have to return something despite the fact you measure according to their measurements on the website.

They are refusing a full refund for us of over $80 despite us having to return their shit clothes 3 times

The materials weren't nice and the sewing at seems very poor.

I've taking the matter of the refund up with ACCC as well as doing a dispute with the bank because store credit after 3 returns is a joke, we can't use your clothes they are crap!

Got 2 dresses

Got 2 dresses, the seams are horrible on both - they stick out like a sore thumb and overall makes the dress look horrible. The only good thing was how fast the shipping was

It's china factory made and it shows

It's china factory made and it shows. Sizings are inconsistent and offbeat. Cheaply made items selling in Australia at made in Australia prices. Customer service is designed to benefit the brand not the customer. They'll say items have shipped when they haven't to avoid addressing order issues in a timely manner and before it has shipped. The claim is they ship fast, but in fact an order in question didn't ship for several days despite Ruby saying it had. Lies aren't appreciated when a first time customer. Deterred will take custom elsewhere.

Our products are sourced globally (we include these details in the product info tab), and while we provide detailed descriptions and sizing info, fit can vary due to different suppliers and fabric types.
I also sincerely apologise for any misleading information regarding your order's shipping status. It was never our intention to misinform you. Your order did ship from our Australian warehouse, however we were impacted by multiple public holidays during that time, which have caused the confusion/ delay. This is not the fast shipping experience we want for our customers, and to prevent future international delays, we've recently transitioned to shipping directly from California.
We truly want to help our customers, and I'm genuinely sorry you felt our service didn't reflect that. Your feedback is very important to us, and we take it seriously as we strive to get better. x

Return fee

Ordered a dress that didn’t fit. Went to return and they charge a $14 return fee. Ridiculous. Would never order from them. Go somewhere else with a better return policy which is pretty much anyone else.

DON’T BUY NOT WORTH IT

I bought a dress for $91 didn’t love it and felt like it wasn’t worth the price so I’m returning it. There’s a $14 return fee and I’m only getting $67 back. Actually ridiculous.

Had an issue with my order and reached out via online chat, within minutes Ruby had rectified everything and organised a replacement to be shipped and will arrive in time for my event. She was so helpful and most definitely will be a return customer!!
