*DO NOT TAKE AN IVA OUT WITH CREDITFIX*

I genuinely cannot emphasise enough how incompetent Creditfix have been. I had a variation meeting arranged to end my IVA early, yet Creditfix failed to attend and withdrew the meeting.

They also failed to update my additional payments and account balance correctly, did not disclose the full information regarding my IVA, and ignored multiple emails despite repeated follow-ups.

When dealing with something as serious as an IVA, this level of incompetence and lack of communication is completely unacceptable.

I’d like to thank Charles McAteer from Creditfix. I’ve been in an IVA for almost 4 years and recently couldn’t make payments for 3 months. I was afraid to even call, but Charles listened carefully to my situation and arranged a repayment plan that I barely notice. Thanks to him I can sleep peacefully again. Highly recommend!

Today i made call and spoke with the lovely
Ishitah. Ishitah confirmed that my last payment was complete today and i will receive confirmation once the closure team complete their checks. Ishitah was very friendly and dealt with me in a professional manner. Ishitah has very good customer interaction.

They were very helpful and understanding and assisted me with what I needed to do. Very polite and friendly.

Took care of everything for me. Gave me an annual review to check I was still able to make the payments we had agreed on. Once the direct debit had been set up I didn't have to worry about making lots of different payments to different companies. When my payments were almost finished they adjusted my payment accordingly.

Spoke to a lovely advisor called Ruth this morning, she was extremely helpful and friendly. She talked me through everything I needed to know and was very polite. Thank you for all of your help.

Caitlin Quinn was great really helpful made me feel at ease and helped sort my situation; i was very stressed out had a lot going on and she reassured me that there was a way out she was great!

Wow! We had an issue where a charge on our property that should have been removed by another company was still there, 14 years later! Only found out when trying to sell! The company no longer exists but all its business went to Creditfix which we only found out about yesterday. Within 10 minutes of calling, the very serious issue has been resolved with all the legal documents required by the Land Registry, by an incredibly helpful young man, Sarvesh, he is a credit to your company and absolutely deserves to be promoted to hang on to him!!
