I reported my situation to EbeneGate and they were immediately on it. They negotiated a payment that worked for me. My supervisor, Dylan Quail was a wonder to me. His leadership led to my completion of my IVA! It was a painful six years, but the end came up surprisingly quick. EbeneGate saw me through it all. Dylan and EbeneGate are to be commended!

great customer care ,very polite and was all round a good experience.

I had received a call from credit fix but couldn’t hear well.
Phoned customer service as I thought from what was said before meant I owed more money after my loan finishes in January.
Mikeal Dhalapah Was extremely patient, helpful and professional through out the call. Not only did
Mikeal Dhalapah Sort out the problem and reassured me that they only wanted august 2026 payment as I did not inform credit fix of my new bank details.
Mikeal Dhalapah Took all my new bank details so that credit fix can take my payments from September 1st 2026. He sent me a link so that I could pay missed August payment, which was very easy.
Then Mikeal Dhalapah ensured that my physical and mental health was ok and that I do not have to to worry about my loan as all is good.
I feel that Mikeal Dhalapah Went above and beyond for me.

Harshikha was very helpful on the phone and answered all my questions in a knowledgeable way.

*DO NOT TAKE AN IVA OUT WITH CREDITFIX*

I genuinely cannot emphasise enough how incompetent Creditfix have been. I had a variation meeting arranged to end my IVA early, yet Creditfix failed to attend and withdrew the meeting.

They also failed to update my additional payments and account balance correctly, did not disclose the full information regarding my IVA, and ignored multiple emails despite repeated follow-ups.

When dealing with something as serious as an IVA, this level of incompetence and lack of communication is completely unacceptable.

I’d like to thank Charles McAteer from Creditfix. I’ve been in an IVA for almost 4 years and recently couldn’t make payments for 3 months. I was afraid to even call, but Charles listened carefully to my situation and arranged a repayment plan that I barely notice. Thanks to him I can sleep peacefully again. Highly recommend!

Today i made call and spoke with the lovely
Ishitah. Ishitah confirmed that my last payment was complete today and i will receive confirmation once the closure team complete their checks. Ishitah was very friendly and dealt with me in a professional manner. Ishitah has very good customer interaction.
