Sunday, July, 26th, 2026 I noticed a charge I didn't recognize for $56.62 posted July 25th, 2026. I called DCU today July 27th, 2026 and spoke with Kenya (?). I'm sorry if I got your name wrong. She was very helpful and kind and patient. While she was checking on the matter for me I realized I had made the charge. It was a donation but there wasn't any info with the charity's name etc in the description lines to give me an idea of what it was for. Problem is now solved.
I do want to say when I called DCU the animated voice asked me for my pin #!! Are you kidding me?? NO. I won't give that to you animated or real. How dare to be asked. I might be 71 but I'm not stupid or demented. You need to change that. There are too many other ways to get the info you need to help people. And this isn't the first time. That time was a male DCU employee asking me. Yes, I reported it.

Every time I go to DCU, I have a wonderful experience there. All of the employees that work there are very helpful and their customer service skills are excellent! They always have a smile on their faces and they are always checking in with you to make sure that they have done everything that they can do for me. Priya and another gentleman who has glasses and dark wavy hair. He also works in the office and opens accounts and was a huge help to me when I had to finally switch from my old rep-payee to my own accounts! When he's at the desk, he usually sits at the end by the door to go in. But generally speaking, I always have a wonderful experience at DCU!!! Thank you very much!!!

The one we spoke to was nice and took her time to explain things to our understanding.

The agent I’ve talked to was very helpful.. she listened to my concern about scammer/fraud who called me a while ago. She confirmed to me that DCU will never call the clients asking for client’s account details. Good thing I did not give any of my personal informations.
