Great service and products
I contacted Fitshop to make a purchase but needed the delivery to arrive on a specific day. Ethan was fantastic throughout the process, taking the time to go through all the available options and making sure my delivery requirements could be met.
The order arrived exactly as planned, and I’m very happy with both the products and the excellent customer service I received. Ethan was professional, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fitshop and will definitely use them again.

Senti....The absolute GOAT of Fitshop! You have an absolute gem of a guy representing your store. This guy was brilliant on the phone when I called and I was only going to just purchase the bench. He ended up upselling me some Taurus weights and a Preacher Curl Attachment. I took the bench home and was very difficult to put together. He asked me to bring it in and when I took it in near closing time I may add he assembled it all for me as the instructions were not tallying up. Thank you Senti. Also thanks to Ethan as well who had previously put some quotes together for me a few months back. Two absolute gentlemen! I will be back for sure!

elliptical trainer
I purchased an elliptical trainer from the Birmingham branch the assistant Senti was very helpful and knowledgeable about the machines he also managed to sort out a mixup in the delivery for me I would recommend seeing him if you are interested in buying gym equipment.
