Very stressful. x ray received after 9 days, involving considerable attempts at communication. The clinic doing the scan claimed the payment was not passed on and withheld the report. I had to fight my own case between the 2 of them having paid 5 days before the scan took place.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at GetScanned for the excellent service provided in arranging an MRI scan for my mother.

The entire process was handled with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. From the initial consultation to the scheduling of the MRI appointment, everything was arranged promptly, allowing her to receive the scan much sooner than we had expected.

The medical team and doctors were highly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the process. What impressed us most was the continuous follow-up and regular updates provided by the GetScanned team. We were kept informed at every stage, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind during what could otherwise have been a stressful experience.

Great service from booking online to results in 72hrs

Very quick, easy and efficient to organise. Drs are very good and understanding, reports are very detailed and informative. I would say good value for money as with the NHS strained it is (and if you don't reach criteria for said scans/diagnostics) useful just for your peace of mind and recovery process.

Absolutely wonderful place, incredibly friendly people and most definitely cleanest place i have ever been to.

I went in for a neck ultrasound, I was a bit nervous but everyone was so helpful i stopped feeling scared. The ultrasound was brilliant, he explained everything he was about to do and was very thorough.

The booking process was incredibly quick and easy, the really listened to my issues and took me seriously. Scan was on a friday and got comprehensive results Tuesday.

As a private patient I was able to book and arrange a scan at very short notice. The initial consultation and booking went smoothly. The scan itself went ahead as scheduled with knowledgable and professional staff. The report was provided reasonably quickly after the scan and I’m now arranging to discuss the findings with their GP

Had a great experience from start to finish could not get our first choice to begin with but get scanned came up with other places to go the communication was always excellent. We done it at a weekend only downfall was the directions when we arrived wasn’t very clear we had to walk round to the main road to enter. The lady who done the ultra scan was very professional & lovely & explained everything in detail & made me feel reassured about the result.
I would definitely recommend this company to other ppl & would use them again if needed.

A truly upsetting outcome.
After experiencing insane delays via the NHS for treatment of a painful diagnosis, I booked an ultrasound and a message was confirmed to say I had an appointment the next day (I paid an additional £50 for this privilege). Before heading off on the 1 hour drive to the scanning centre, I thought I’d call them to confirm the appointment and was dismayed to find out that no such appointment had been made.
I now need to go back to Get scanned, who are not replying to any of my messages/phone calls or e-mails and try and obtain a refund. Wish me luck.

A SHOCKING UPDATE
After speaking directly with the scanning company , UKSONO (who were marvellous) I was able to rebook later today. I can tell you what a relief this was.

Only after this happened (AND AFTER LEAVING ORIGINAL REVIEW HERE) did I receive this dishonest response from Get Scanned via WhatsApp:

‘ Hi Erika,

I tried reaching out to the scan centre to arrange an urgent scan for you, but unfortunately they are not operational this weekend. We would be happy to initiate a partial refund of £50, as we were not able to secure a next‑day appointment for you.

Kindly let me know if you are happy to proceed, and I will arrange a consultation call to get your referral ready as soon as possible.’

OF COURSE I AM NOT HAPPY WITH SUCH A LIE! Currently pursuing full refund.

Everything went great fro start to finish the staff couldn't do enough for me highly recommend.

I was so pleased that I chose to go through GetScanned for my investigation & would definitely recommend them. It was a great service from initial contact, to my report & scans being sent to me.
I had a scan cancelled by a provider, but I was able to go back to GetScanned who quickly reorganised everything at another site. Very good cost as well.
It was so good to communicate with one person, who responded promptly and coordinated everything for me.

The whole experience from initial booking through to GP advice post scan was excellent. The team were efficient and accommodating with my daughters scan. The scan results were available just 48hrs after the scan itself which was fantastic. We were particularly impressed with the GP consultation too. Overall the experience was excellent.

Absolutely awful experience with GetScanned.

I paid online for an MRI scan and expected to receive the results/report as part of the service. The scan was completed, but I have still not received the results I paid for.

For a private medical service, this is completely unacceptable. When people pay privately, they are usually doing it because they want quicker answers and a professional service, not to be left chasing a report after handing over their money.

The communication and overall handling of my case has been extremely disappointing. I paid for a complete service, not just to lie inside an MRI machine and then be left wondering what the scan actually showed.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend GetScanned. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be requesting a refund and raising a dispute with my bank.

Contacted them to arrange a scan and within 3 working days I had the initial GP appt, MRI scans and follow up with the GP.
