I booked this trip for my daughter and I, this trip is my daughters ultimate DREAM trip and I expressed that when I found this wonderful company, I did splurge more also because of it, Go2Africa made the whole process so easy and it was just so amazing all around, I can't say enough how wonderful everyone was throughout our whole trip, I will most definitely book again in the future with this company, Giada and Annali were so thorough and responsive, I LOVED the app and all the details, the help with planning and so many questions are included in the app as well, the prompts and notifications from the app were so appreciated, I could have never planned such an amazing trip on my own. Amazing Carla and Madi
It's a bit of a challenge booking a "bucket list" adventure to South Africa and I was a little overwhelmed at first. Then I found Go2Africa and the amazing Client Experience Experts made it so easy. Incredible trip
From planning stage & right through the process Go 2 Africa was very professional & helpful. Even after confirming our trip there follow-up & ongoing support was fantastic. I normally book everything myself but was not happy booking Africa, we would not hesitate to book through go to Africa again. We did have a hick-up transferring through Arusha airport with no tickets or direction, missing our flight & two of our accommodation were lovely but did not live up on their food or beverage offer.

This trip was everything we dreamed of and more. Go2Africa was wonderful to work with. They took our suggestions and made them better. Even when our flights got changed and we only had two hours to make a connection they arranged for an meet and greet to take us through so we didn’t miss our flights. Amazing trip to the Serengeti
I booked my recent Tanzanian safari through them and they were exceptionally helpful planning and booking transportation, accommodation and transfers. The lodges and hotels they booked in Arusha, at the Crater and in the Serengeti were fantastic. The guides were excellent. The only thing that could have been better is the communication between management and my Serengeti guide in relation to the itinerary, which caused some confusion in relation to the balloon trip in the Serengeti. I would have also appreciated a “warning” that the balloon trip required a 3 am start as it takes about two hours to get from the lodge to the launching place. Otherwise everything was great and I would definitely recommend them.
