Visted the Liverpool venue with 12 colleagues on the 23/06/26, for the England v Ghana match. We all paid a £20 entry fee which we did get back as a £240 bar tab, great we thought. The facilities were good, large screens to view the match inside or outside and a good atmosphere. We choose the outside screen as the weather was good. There was no problem ordering a drink at the bar and putting it on the £240 bar tab we had gained via the entry fee. Unfortunately things started to go downhill when in the 75th minute of the game the venue closed the bar at 10.30 pm. There's wa a good 20 minutes of the game left when the bar closed and a hefty chunk of the bar tab still left. We spoke to the bar staff who did say that they rung the bell for last orders, We made the staff aware that we were watching the game on the outside screen and didnt hear any bar bell ringing and no member of staff came outside to let any of there customers know that the bar was closing. We then asked about our remaining bar tab to be told that it had been maxed out. We knew this was definitely not the case. We all felt badly let down by the experience we had at Gravity MAX, which was a shame as the evening started off well.
