We had a very good experience
We had a very good experience at Imaginatal, the staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the lady who did our scan was lovely and so reassuring. She went through everything in lots of detail and it just felt very special. I’d highly recommend them. I’ve bought a bundle of scans and I’m really glad I did. They were also very discreet with the gender, and concealed it in an envelope for us. Thank you.

Basic mistake during fertility scan
I had a fertility scan, going through IVF for years I’ve had about 30 of these. When I got the results I was disappointed to see she had measured my endometrium incorrectly. Nothing was shown to me during the scan which seemed odd at the time and this seems a very basic mistake. The measurement would be very unusual for where my cycle was and from the image doesn’t show where a normal measurement would be taken
I was hoping Imaginatal would be good as it was reasonably priced and convenient. I’ll be going back to ultrasound direct for my next scan.

Really nice experience
Really nice experience. I felt comfortable and at ease.
You get a print out of the scan which is a nice touch, however the size is wrong so it cuts off your name, the date etc.

I was extremely anxious after several…
I was extremely anxious after several losses but I was made to feel so at ease. The Sonagrapher really took her time and was genuinely so happy for us. I can't wait to return for our Gender scan.

Have visited my local branch twice now during this pregnancy - once for a reassurance 8 week scan and more recently for a NIPT test. Both visits have been incredibly special. The reception yeam and sonographer (Nina) are very friendly and professional and take the time to explain everything. The scan experiences with the sonographer Nina, have been magical. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The image is displayed on a large screen so both myself and my partner were able to see the baby clearly. Nina was so calm and helped me feel relaxed, explaining everything we were looking at. Would recommend this company and service to anyone. We’ve had a great experience and both visits have been worth every penny. Thank you 🙏🏽
