Easy online booking and quick turnaround to put 4 new tyres on my vehicle.

Ordered two tyres but only one had been delivered when I arrived for the fitting appointment.
Online might sometimes appear a cheaper option but I would highly recommend anyone using Just Tyres to ring the fitter before travelling to confirm the tyres have arrived.
Will stick to local independent companies in future who don’t take your money until after the tyres have been fitted.

I bought a tyre from you, got a date to receive it, been in and out of your garage multiple times and there’s no date I know I’ll get my tyre. That’s disappointing.

Last year I had two new tyres put on and asked why they had worn at the edges, I was told over or under inflation, it was the tracking and therefore I needed two more this year. I was told this year that my brake pads needed replacing urgently as there was nothing left on them, this is strange as I had them changed the day before and had no more than 20 minutes wear.

My 18 yr old son got a puncture whist I was away on holiday so I said I’d help him out. I did a search and found Just.Tyres could source and fit one. I then paid online and booked it in. My biggest worry was that he’s a young lad and a garage might try and take advantage.
I wasn’t wrong. Thankfully I’d pre-warned him.
They were very pushy telling him that he needed all his brakes replacing, new brake fluid, full vehicle wheel alignment, valves changing on his other tyres and a host of other issues. Apparently his car is well known for these faults!!!!
As a mechanic I can tell you that his car is faultless and extremely well maintained. It should be. It’s a couple of years old and done 10k from new. These guys were trying to make some easy money and most likely charge him for jobs that aren’t necessary and probably wouldn’t have been carried out. As he was the last job of the day they could discount 50%. That tells you all you need to know.
Always avoid these types of businesses.

Tyres bought and appointment made online.Arrived at the booked time 8.30 to be told tyres had not arrived at the branch,call would of been nice to save a 38mile round trip for nothing.To be fair the branch manager went out of his way to source some tyres from elsewhere and called to let me know they could be fitted later on in the afternoon which they were.
