The service itself was more than acceptable, although the process of leaving Lazer proved more complicated than I had expected.

After my account had been confirmed as closed, a further bill was raised which I disputed. Unfortunately, the matter escalated to debt collection before it was resolved, which was disappointing.

I am pleased, however, that following the CEO’s involvement, the matter has now been resolved and the payment refunded. I appreciate the time taken to address the issue and bring it to a satisfactory conclusion.

While the experience could certainly have been smoother, I am grateful that the company ultimately put things right. I hope this experience helps improve the handling of similar situations in the future.

Foi a melhor instalação de serviço de comunicações que tive até hoje, precisamente porque o local geográfico não era nada fácil. Mas a dupla da Lazer ligou um cabo de 700 metros e enquanto o serviço não ficou bem instalado, os dispositivos com internet e todas as minhas dúvidas tiradas, não deram o seu serviço por terminado. Até agora não precisei de reiniciar o router. Estou muito agradecida a todos os intervenientes em especial aos senhores Ricardo Correia e Fred.

Technical support at our house was outstanding!

From the moment we first made our initial enquiry right, through till our final installation was complete and everything was running the service and attentiveness From Carla and the team was exceptional.

The order was processed quickly and installation happened exactly on time on the day which we had chosen.

A big plus for us was the excellent English as our Portuguese is not yet that good!

It is also very helpful dealing with a company who can communicate by email and also WhatsApp as well as conventional telephone as this makes it always possible to get Support when needed.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lazer to anyone who wants this service.

We contacted Lazer regarding a reconnection to the property that previously belonged to my parents & Tony Keenan & Marisa Alvaro in the Almancil office couldn’t have done anymore to help us - the service Marisa has provided to date has been exceptional, giving us what feels like a really personal service & answers any queries quickly & efficiently!! I signed up through the website and my contact person João called me very quickly to make an appointment, he came to my house he explained the different options, he immediately drew up the paperwork and made sure the technical department made an appointment for the installation. He followed up by whatsapp and answered all my questions very quickly. His colleagues from the installation department were just as quick within one week they were ready for the installation and set up, within 1 hour the entire installation of Internet and tv was arranged. We arrived in the Algarve on the Saturday, contacted Lazer on Monday and they had everything set up by Thursday afternoon. Excellent service and friendly, professional and efficient staff. Would definitely recommend!

From the first telephone conversation with Marizo Alvaro, everything was sorted and arranged very efficiently.
Making an appointment for the two installers was also very easy. It’s now installed and works perfectly.

O facto de ser uma boa alternativa para locais onde as operadoras de telecomunicações ainda não chegam com a fibra. O serviço prestado foi muito eficiente e rápido.

Até agora a nossa experiência foi boa. Expandiram a rede de fibra até à nossa zona, onde previamente não chegava internet, e não nos cobraram por isso. Montaram tudo isto dentro do tempo que nos disseram (<1 mês), ao contrário das outras empresas com quem falámos antes, que sempre enrolaram e nunca cumpriram as datas a que se comprometeram. A internet não falha, é rápida e tem mais cobertura do que o esperado, tendo em conta que vivemos numa zona rural e numa casa com paredes bastante grossas. Resolveram quaisquer problemas ou imprevistos com toda a prontidão e a maior rapidez possível. A equipa que veio fazer a montagem cá em casa foi prestável e eficiente, acompanhou-nos através do processo, sugeriu as melhores opções e executou, mas sempre fazendo questão de ter a nossa opinião e tentar ir de encontro com a nossa vontade.
