I had an extremely frustrating experience with NTB in Sykesville. I brought my car in for a repair, but the issue wasn’t fixed, and I had to bring it back for the exact same problem. Not only was it inconvenient, but no one seemed apologetic for the fact that the repair wasn’t done correctly the first time.
Communication throughout the process was poor. They were difficult to reach, not responsive to requests for updates, and often came across as rude. I was told my car would be ready on Monday, but it wasn’t actually repaired until Thursday night. The repeated delays and lack of communication only added to the frustration.
I live just down the street and had hoped this would become my go-to shop for future service. Instead, this experience has completely changed my mind. I’d rather drive over an hour to work with a reliable, professional service center than return here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience
