When your agent Emma Rees showed me around the property I was interested in renting, she gave me space and time to thoroughly look over the property and did not pressurise me. I felt comfortable. When I decided to put an expression of interest in renting the property, Emma conducted all the paperwork swiftly and efficiently. She liaised with the landlord on my behalf and I completely trusted Emma to represent my interests. MGY let our apartment for several years and were excellent throughout. We then asked them to sell our apartment; they secured a good price and also managed the sale through to completion with a very difficult to contact buyer’s solicitor and an overseas buyer.
