Incorrect item and late delivery
The rosewood board I received was not as advertised. The board was not smooth faced but had the ridges! I ordered 175mm wide and I received 300mm wide? The local branch was waiting for the brown sealant to arrive which is why it was delayed but i wasnt told until i asked. I agreed white is ok to get the delivery which arrived wrong as above. All in all it was rubbish.

I am sorry you had the wrong part. If I or the driver had had known, we would have arranged to get the correct part out to you.
I can see you had ordered on the Friday evening but this would not have been transferred till Monday. Orders do usually take around a week to arrive and we do not work weekend. But I am sorry.

I think you need more staff training as I was given misleading information on more than one occasion
Delivery process is dire more miss information and unreliable service with no communication at all.

National Plastics do not do what they promise.
Seriously disappointed with National Plastics.
After placing an order just under £200, 5 days later after having to contact them for a shipping update they eventually replied stating they cannot deliver to my location (28 miles North of Inverness) even after paying a delivery premium even though their website states free delivery over £100.
Now I have to wait 5 days fof them to refund me before I can place an order with a more reliable supplier.
Beware folks, it appears that "National Plastics" acutally and ironically do not supply plastics nationally.

We aim to provide an excellent level of service to all our customers. To avoid disappointment, we have had to temporarily suspend deliveries to certain areas.
We offer all of customers FREE delivery when spending over £100 excluding VAT. We do not offer a paid for premium shipping service.
Your location was noted during the processing of your order and as such we notified you as soon as an issue was identified and provided a full refund.
