Went for my CBT the other day. Never ridden a motorbike on the road before, the instructors were really helpful, making sure you're safe but also making sure it was a fun day and positive experience. The 2 hour ride at the end was really enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning for my full license soon!

very patient, 2 instructor for 4 pupils of different ability, me needing the most coaching nothing was too much trouble.

absolutely amazing i fully enjoyed my day i ended up traveling 3 hours to get to Wickham as my local services couldn't provide and now i have passed my CBT and having a blast riding around the coast :)

Excellent school. The day was fantastic and Gary was fantastic at showing me the ropes during my CBT. I was lucky in that I was the only delegate for the day which meant I could really focus on the learning aspects. I appreciate everything Gary did for me to get me confident on the bike.

One small recommendation is to firm up on the starting time as I think the office sent both me and the instructor different starting times. This meant I arrived 1 hour earlier than when we actually started.

Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pheonix for doing a CBT.

I have completed my CBT and have had an exemplary service from start to finish. The process of booking was easy and people I dealt with available and informative. The course itself was excellent with friendly, helpful and supportive instruction as well as good follow up. I intend to complete my DAS course with Phoenix based on my experience and would recommend highly.

On Friday I did my CBT with Pheonix and I passed. This was the second time I have done it with them. Both times they have been exceptionally amazing. On Friday, Gary was my instructor and he was great. He made the whole experience fun and obviously, really helpful. He was great at explaining and running through everything. Would recommend pheonix highly. If your doing your CBT in Wickham or fareham, I would also recommend you ask for Gary.

I'm now planning on booking my A2 licence with pheonix

After doing some research, I picked Phoenix for my CBT based on previous customer reviews. I’ve had a fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable day. Gary was brilliant. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and all round nice guy. I’ll be doing my DAS with this company too ASAP. Thanks Pheonix 👍
