I love the efficiency in booking an appointment with times slots available to choose one that fits in with my schedule. I love the fact I can talk to a Doctor about my concerns without being pushed through the door. I appreciate the time and knowledge to run through options and most of all the turn around time for testing, yes I appreciate it comes at a cost, but the peace of mind and future planning is a far greater service that i have ranged within the GP service. I felt there was a genuine interest to understand my position and conditions and provide clear options for my benefit and not classed as a number. The quick analysis of results and clear explanation leaving me fully informed. If you are not feeling at you best you want quick information not days of delay so you can get on with life. PMC have provided that service on every occasion and recommend them based on my experiences.

I was traveling from USA, and only in UK for a few days before going to north Africa. Needed some prescription only antibiotics, so called PMC, who were able to assist at a very reasonable price. Excellent service.

This was my 2nd time using. My 1st time using I would have given them 5 stars (which is why I went back a second time).

Whole process is (generally speaking) end to end good - tech easy to book, easy to pay (to start with), GP turned up on time both times and both times was excellent. However, the second booking took place at a weekend. There was a problem with paying the second stage payment (for the GP to write the prescription) at log-in point. Now, the data error was mine but it does not alter the fact that at weekends, if you have a tech problem, there is no-one to call (Help Desk is open M-F). So, you could have a GP handle their end of the deal and be terrific but if you have a payment or tech problem (which is not with the GP) then you can't get your prescription code, which on both occasions I used the service was the point - fast GP, fast prescription, no A&E, no 2 week wait for GP. So, beware on the weekend bookings piece. Don't offer the services if your help desk is not open. To add insult to injury I sent several follow up emails complaining and no-one came back to me until I pushed for the follow up by phone. That looked bad.

I would give 5 if the platform had sent me an notification that the provider was going to be late for our appointment They did respond after I asked why no one had called

The actual experience was great What a wonderful service I didn’t want to get dressed and sit in an urgent care waiting with other sick people In 10 minutes I was able to get the help I needed which is totally cool!

I can’t emphasize enough how important access to healthcare is And that is what this service provides -access to care

Service has been good in terms of efficiency of services and competent approachable staff.

Really helpful asked me lots of questions to make sure I got the correct antibiotic that will be most effective and safe.
