Very good customer service from Matt and Stephen in the sense that they made allowances for the fact that I’m technically challenged as an older person.This contrasts with most other organisations whose attitude seems to be -it’s all on the net mate .This is true but , what’s also true is that my money and probably the money of many other elderly people stays in our pockets as far as those organizations are concerned .So take a bow for a job well done in what was for me trying circumstances .

I had lost all my shares to consolidation and was selling the 10 remaining as they were of virtually no use.The cost to sell them was going to be what they were worth so Sell My Shares reduced their commission so at least I received some money.They did this without me asking them.You don't see as many nice things in this world anymore and I thought it was a lovely gesture on their behalf.I would definitely use them again if the need arises and would recommend their services to anyone looking to sell.Cheers Geoff Newman
