Comfortable buying experience.
We popped in to have a look at your Kirkcaldy store, Shirley chatted with us and we felt very comfortable. We had a look at several sofas with no pressure . We ended up buying our new sofa after amazing information given by Shirley.

Excellent service
Daniella was professional yet personable. She understood our needs and reassured us that our purchase choice was the right one for us. She answered all of our questions, gave us time to sit and think, made us a lovely cup of tea and never once told us off for not taking our shoes off!
