Sales people were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being overbearing or pushy.

Shop staff very helpful and didn’t feel rushed. Have placed order but as yet cannot give opinion of goods or service.
Lauren assisted us on our first visit and guided us to the sort of settee we were looking for. Great patients and understanding. On our return visit to decide on colour choice Mel assisted us and was most helpful.

We recently visited the Norwich store to purchase a suite. We are very pleased we did as we received outstanding customer service from Laura. The help we received was outstanding. Any questions we had were answered promptly and made our purchase so quick and easy. We know we found the perfect suite for us due to Laura's help. Fantastic experience.

The service was 1st class. Laura Yorke was extremely helpful while we were choosing our new purchase. We were having issues ordering a material swatch on line. We phoned the store and Declan came through in fine style.

I visited the store 5 times before I picked my sofa's. I felt no pressure and found the staff friendly and knowledgeable answering all my questions, in all receiving excellent customer service.

Laura who served us was extremely helpful without being pushy. She was friendly and engaging, listening to what we were after and even supplied us with coffee! We didn't think you had anything to suit us originally but Laura pointed out the perfect suite.

Very good experience with Sofology Norwich. Was really helpful to try out the sofa that I was interested in - for an extended period - to make sure it was comfortable and supportive enough for me. Especially so I could try out the power functions to see how much of a difference they made.

When we decided to go ahead and order Mark was very helpful. He went over the options - without any pressure at all - and answered all of our questions. Very easy and pleasant buying experience!

The only issue I had was with access. I’m disabled and use a wheelchair (but can walk a bit). Quite a few of the sofas - including the one I was looking at - were on raised platforms. If I couldn’t walk at all I wouldn’t have been able to try the sofa I wanted. This is disappointing especially as other retailers in the same retail park (including other sofa shops) didn’t have these - or at least not as many. I don’t really see the need for these (as cables were still visibly running across the floor - so not designed to hide them) and are just impediments to people with mobility problems. It implies that there hasn’t been enough thought/care about the needs of disabled people.

Great company, we found out of all the large sofa companies these were the best.
