We were welcomed into the store by Sai who asked our requirements and led us to the units that related to our needs. she explained all the options and answered all questions honestly, the main thing for us was that Sai was not pushy and did not pressure us for a sale, if she had we would have left the store. All in all Sai provided a positive purchase experience.

I visited Sofologly on Friday 2nd January 2026, Sai the sales assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, there was no hard sell and the advice I received was very useful and helped with making my decision. From browsing around the store to making a purchase was effortless, I would highly recommend a visit to Sofology if you’re looking for some new furniture, and if Sai assists you, you will be in very good hands. Staff weren't pushy let you walk around to look in your own time then help when needed, and more modern looking sofas than other stores.

Really friendly and helpful staff that were patient and worked with us to decide the colour, style and configuration that worked for us.

The young man who served us was fantastic top job

On arrival we were welcomed into the store and left to browse without any pushy stores sales. We found what we liked and then a lovely Sales rep Famida was on hand to help and answer all our questions which made my choice to buy here very simple.
I now have ordered and cannot wait to receive my new Sofa and chair.
