Great Service and Patience
Great service and patience shown by Elaine who asked the right questions when I went in to buy a new pair of sofas. Only had a rough idea of what I was looking for but she took her time and found the ideal sofas for me.

Great sales service
Had looked online and wanted to see what I had shortlisted in the store. Johnathon introduced himself, then left us to look around at our pace without any pressure or following you around like in other stores. Once I was ready to make decision or needed more info he was helpful and clear. Nice friendly and trustworthy vibe from him.

Very helpful and friendly staff help find our desired sofa
Across two visits staff were friendly and helpful (mainly Colin). He was considerate of the space we have available at home to accommodate our new sofa and help us find the desired product we wanted.
