Very difficult to get a scan arranged even though I have had two before at the same location. Too much red tape. Once arranged then no trouble at all and it was seamless all the way through

The only negative point is, I asked to send the images to my physio and it wasn't done. My physio had only received the report and had to contact you to get them.

Outstanding facility
I been in many health facilities, but vista very professional started from the booking the appointment then day of the scan. All the staff were very professional and helpful, the clinic was clean and air conditioned.

I recently had an MRI scan done of my Hip, Knee & Spine.
I recently had an MRI scan done of my Hip & Knee, & my spine.
I was given a CD disc of my scan images which I took along to my hospital appointment with my consultant, my images were also sent by IEP.
Unfortunately during my appointment the consultant could not view my scan, I took the disc to the hospital imaging dept who could not load the disc onto their system. A complete waste of time and almost £1000 in cost of scans, plus consultantcy fees. My consultant thinks the IEP was not downloaded correctly. Vista health have resent the IEP scans to the hospital.

Easy to park, courteous service, detailed report on MRI
Parking was easy and direction to the parking was clear. Courteous staff with all taking place on time.
Extremely detailed report on findings of MRI on my shoulder.
Slight problem with the email with the report not arriving but that was sorted quickly by phone.
